Although this game looks awesome on the cover, it is painfully annoying and no fun at all to play. The game has no beginning plot and does not have one for the rest of the game. The camera controls are hard to deal with and the controls are very confusing to learn. Not even a die hard predator fan, like myself,would like this game. Personally, I think watching paint on a wall dry is more exciting. If you are really looking for a predator/alien game to play, I would reccomend Aliens vs. Predator 2. Otherwise DO NOT waste your money on this game.

this game, contrary to other reviews, is one of the best games i have played in a while. to anyone who is not predator-knowledgable i would recommend caution and use your genre preferences to decide whether or not you would but the game. the game its self is kinda short (i beat it in 12 hours over 2 days, with over 50 level repeats due to its difficulty), it is still a good purchase and the plot is top notch with great cut scenes. I myself did not purchase the game but rented it to see if it was up to par for my standards on predator media *cough*avpwashorrible*cough*... but after playing the game a while i would have rather purchased it for replay value in the future.

by the way, to people who do purchase the game...

some of the levels are a bit difficult and troublesome though because they have specific requirments or time limits... or video cameras that you have to avoid...

*possible spoilers*

you do not have to follow el hongo through the city, you merely have to run to the checkpoints undetected. do not get give up on this mission, it took me 15+ plays to beat it.

and to defeat the level with all the robots you have to try and group them in pairs of 2 or 3 together and throw a pulse mine at the group and then kill them, so as not to waste pulse mines. try and save at least 2 pulse mines too for the next part of the level.

Great sound and all the predator gadgets you love get this game 4 stars.

Concrete jungle is by far the best Predator game to hit the market. In it you can use all your favorite gadgets from the movies, plus you get all the cool move. I.E. hanging people up skinless and ripping skulls. The game itself is addictive, but once you beat it the replay is non-existant. The graphix for everything but the actual predator suck. The cinematics aren't the greatest either. The controls are hard to master at first but once you get them down you can do some really cool stuff. To me this game is great because I am a huge predator fan, and it's a good way to do everthing the Predator does without getting in serious trouble with the law or spending lots of money on high tech gadgets. I think any one who plays this game will agree that it could have used alot more development time and a bigger budget. All and all I'd say that this game was really fun, but then again I'm very partial to the Predator and Alien franchise. If your not a big fan of Predator I don't recommend this game at all.

The Predator movies are by far my favorite sci-fi/horror movies
(even AVP...sorta), so I was really excited when I saw PREDATOR:CONCRETE JUNGLE at my local Blockbluster. Without a moment's notice, I rented it. After I played the game, I was extremely content. My expectations were mostly met and I enjoyed it immensely. You can use tons of weapons from the deadly Predator's arsonel, skin people and string them up on billboards, rip people in half, unlock lots of awesome Predator costumes, and TONS MORE. As far as graphics go, the ones seen here are alright. Nothing more, nothing less. The blood and gore looked rather convincing, though. Oh, and you can hunt down evil doers using widely varying modes of vision. The sound was decent, also. The city enviroments were milked to their full potential, complete with muggers, mob bosses, and homeless people. Basically, everything you loved about the Predator movies is seen here. I say, rent first. Or if you're a huge Predator junkie, buy first. It's well worth you're time.

Who hasn't seen Predator? And for those who have, we all wonder why there hasn't been a great game made by now.

He's the ultimate hunter, able in both action and stealth. I mean let's face it, Dante would get waxed like a floor, and Sam Fisher would never see it coming.

So it is with great pleasure that there is FINALLY a game at least worthy of this character's truly game ready abilities. I'm not saying this game is better than the games hinted at above, but it does what it is meant to do very well. And that is, allow the player to be the hunter, and really feel like you are playing as the Predator.

To keep it short and sweet, if you ever wanted to be the Predator, buy this game, period.

A big 8.5 of 10.

Playing as the Predator was a great idea for a game. I really liked this game. It included all of the Predator weapons and abilities you've seen in the movies. All except for the self destruct in the first Predator. This was a nice game, maybe not the best graphics, but it was a very good game. There is a mission on here where you hunt down a gang and you skin them and hang them up all over the city. Can you do that in any other game? In my opinion this is one of the best action games out there.

This is, by far, one of the worst games I've ever played. For one, there's no excuse for the sorry graphics on a PS2. They would've been acceptable on the first Playstation, but its downright terrible. The camera angles are not your friend. Everything else about this game is just stupid.

But what do I know? I only played it for five minutes before I quit because I couldn't take it anymore. I drove all the way back to the video store and returned it within a half hour of renting it. Even if I didn't have the car, I would've walked the two miles just to get it out of my house. That's how bad this game sucks.

in predator cj you have a big problem with the mafia and as predator you have to kill them in the 1930s and then the 2030s this game looks awsome
