            The most awful game ever.

This is the absolute worst racing game I have ever played. I don't know what happened. The first one was great. This one though was just terrible. I rented and returned it withing 2 hours. The graphics and gameplay suck beyond levels imaginable to anyone who hasn't played this game. The only positive thing about the game is that it has a great soundtrack and the selection of trucks is awesome.

I totally disagree with the first reviewer of Test Drive Off Road 2 (Dec 8,1999). Although this game is not perfect, no game is, but this version is definitely better than the first. The tracks are much better than the first game, and so is the gameplay. I own all three versions of the Test Drive Off Road series, and this is the game that I play the most. At least we both agree that the soundtrack goes with the game extremely well, and that there is a much better selection of trucks than the first version of this series.
