This game is a steal at($). I have had it for 48 hours so far, and I have been having a blast. The easiest way to describe it is a cross between Lemmings and Scorched Earth (an old shareware game I used to play quite a while ago). You command a small army of worms armed to the teeth and take turns trying to blow up the other team(s) with a variety of very silly weapons. Amazon.com lists the title with "adult language" and "cartoon violence" but I think this is a game appropriate for young children (> 6 years), especially considering the alternatives (DOOM, Quake, etc.).
A great stocking stuffer... Guaranteed to leave you rolling on the floor while you play.

I have played all the Worms games, and Worms 2 is undoubtedly the best. Except for the addition of a few weapons, Worms Armageddon lost some of the settings that made Worms 2 so remarkably fun. Furthermore, more people worldwide play Worms 2 over the Internet than its successor. Buy this game and you will be glued to your seat.

This is a game that you can play over and over again without getting sick of it! You can play against the computer, against a friend over the internet, or be in the hotseat! You can also choose the map you want to play on. And you can choose the style of the map. Like hell, melted clock, and a few others. The graphics are good, and the sound is great. You play as worms, and can use different weapons to kill the enemy worms. Like a bazooka, dynamite, an explosive lamb, a kamakazi, and more! It also has some humor in it. For example, in the game, the worms say different things at different times. So you can choose your worms accent! Like Australian, Scottish, and more! The original accent is a voice that sounds like someone who just inhaled helium! It's pretty funny. So if you like humor, and war games, then this cartoon game is right for you. In other words, I highly recommend this game!
