The Game Is the best! if only it were not digimon i think it would be my favorite game by far and maybe if they had it on another system. if anybody knows another game like this but not digimon please reply.

It is not as good as I thought it was going to be! On T.V., it looked really cool, but it isn't, in my opinion. First of all, I don't like how you view it. What I mean by that is, you don't see the game as if you were looking straight ahead and walking. On the game, you see overhead/side view of the game. I konw that sounds confusing, but I don't really know how to explain it in words.Second, the digimon keep on getting killed! They have 3 lifes, so if you loose 3 battles, then your digimon is dead, and you get a new baby digimon that you have to raise again! Third, You have to feed them, take them to the bathroom, and let them take naps/sleep! I find that it is hard to get him to the bathroom every time it has to go! Now there are some good things, like not knowing what you are it is going to digivolve into, and go to the places. The only thing that I really liked about this game were the graphics. They were awesome! This is all my opinion. But I think you should rent this game before you buy it!

Best Digimon World games out

Well. I just wanna say, this is one of the *best* Digimon world games out. I've played Digimon world 1 & 2003 (Digimon world 3). And from the description of Digimon world 2, it sounds alot like Digimon world 2003 and pokemon combinded. In Digimon world 1. You get sucked into one of the orginal Digimon Digivices (the very orginal ones. My favorite outa them all.). The game plays alot like how the Keychain plays. Your digimon digivolve based on how well you take care of it, just like the orginal thing, meaning you need effort to get the one you want, which means things will start out slow, and get a bit slower once your first digimon dies, but thats all part of the fun. Sure once it reaches ultimate level it dies a lil later on. But thats exactly how they had it in the keychain. Ya I'll admit that the pooping anywhere thing gets annoying, but buying a few porta potties neglects that. The storyline is good, but to me it just seems to be there for a add in. You go around getting Digimon that can still talk to join the main city (most of the Digimon forgot how to talk, and I forgot the main city's name.)As it gets bigger you can do more stuff in it. The graphics are beautiful, way better then the ones in Digimon World 2003 (I haven't seen the Digimon World 2 graphics yet, so I can't judge.) The music is awesome as well. Overall, this is one of the best Digimon World games out there.

This game is the ultimate in digimon cool! You get to train the awesome monsters! The best part is that you can get some digivolving info off the internet! The story line is good and the array of new and old characters is amazing! I would highly reccommend this game to any digifan or not!

This game was cool! You get to raise your own Digimon and then battle others. If you win a battle with a Digimon they become good and open a shop or something. You can go to a trianing center where you can raise your Digimon's defence, offence, and many other things. The funny thing is if it has to go potty it will tell you and you have to take it to the "facilities". But the only reason I stoped playing is because I couldn't beet Centaurmon (you have to get by lasers and when you finaly do you have to pick the write square. Then you have to beet him and that would have been fine but my stupid digimon wouln't take the healing stuff I gave him). This is a great game and I recommend It to any digimon fan and anyone who would like to raise one.

This game is the best. In the game you take care of a digimon like it was a pet and you could train it so that you can win against strong opponents. You also can also learn moves and digivolve (unfortunately only to the ultamate level). The only thing that (is bad) about this game is that you have to feed your digimon , get it to the bathroom , you may lose your food , and the worst part is that your digimon die in 15-20 days. If you get the guide you can know what digimon you can get and how to get digimon that "lost their hearts" join the city you are making for the mega level Jijimon and to save the island.

This game is super cool you get your own digimon which digivolvesto a champion within a few days.You can also recruit other digimon and have lots of items.You can talk to every character in the game andeven go fishing! Anyone who likes playing interactive games will love this game!

This game is so cool.It takes along time but once you get a high level Digimon it speeds up alot.Help for people who want a Gaubumon instead of a Augomon just say no to all the Questions tha t Jiji ask in the very beginning.See ya hope ya buy this game,its so fun and at a steal,only $[money] plus S&H

Digimon World starts as a good game but the longer you play it the more frustrating it gets. Having your digimon die one after another after putting all that work in to making them the ultimate fighting machine gets really old really fast. The gameplay is alright but the sound and visuls are not very good which brings this rating down a lot. The funning conversations and the battle tournaments are good but in the end they are not good enough to boast the rank higher.

To tell you the truth I think this game was really bad. I mean you could not even get agumon to digivolve to greymon.They should have it where it is like the show, where the digimon didivolve into what they are suppost to.Why would a agumon digivolve to a numemon, that is so stupid.The game is so confusing you dont even know what to do. one more thing thats really stupid is if have your digimon crap anywere but the toilet, it will effect the way it digivoles, so you might get a numemon. I tried so many times to get agumon to digivolve to greymon, but it hopeless. I did everything the walkthroughs told me to do, keep it on a rutien every day, feed it right, and even had it at 30 pounds. It was still hopless. The goul of the game is to bring curupted digimon back to the city. My suggestion to you is to think twice before you by this game.
