I Love it!

It is fun, but not too hard. I like the graphics, and the music is addictive too. It is really colorful and the little frogs are cute. It was an enjoyable game, because it wasn't frustratingly hard.

I have to admit this game is pretty fun, but I liked Frogger 1 better. Most of the levels are just super graphics, which is really cool to look at, but in all, aren't as fun as Frogger1.
If you love Frogger 1, you'll like Frogger 2 but will get bored of it quickly...

Great Game!!!

This game is colorful and fun. The only thing I didn't like was that it was too short. But that's okay. You can find secret characters in some levels lke Swampy, and Tad. Overall, this is a great game.

Fairly Easy but fun game

This game was a bit easy to beat. I beat it in about 3 and a half hours. I am glad I didn't buy the game. I just rented it. This game can be pretty chalenging at some parts. I don't know about a game where the last level is easier than the first 3 levels. Other than that this game was good. There is a good abount of multiplayer games and Time trials to keep you playing the game. Unlike the previous game I played which was Gamecubes Luigi's Mansion, there is plenty of stuff to do in this game even after you beat it. It is also a very straighforward game in which you always know what to do next. Its just that you have you time your jumps perfectly. These are the types of games that I like cause you don't need to check a player's guide just to beat the game. This is why I gave the game 4 stars. I also previously stated the reasons why I didn't give the game 5 stars.

Classic with a twist

Frogger2:Swampy's Revenge is good clean fun. I remember playing Frogger in mall arcades 15-20 years ago. It's a great way to take a break from the day. Each adventure you complete gives you a 'reward'. Most of the rewards are more adventures (twists on the classic arcade game) to complete. I'm still working on the diffucult level which counts down time while you try to complete the same adventures as in the previous two levels. This is a little challenging. I highly recommend this to everyone, especially those who remember the arcade game. We've come a long way since those days.

iT'S OK IF YOU LIKE EASY GAMES

IT'S FUN YET EASY. THE ENEMIES BITE. THERE ARE NO REAL DIFFICULT ELEMENTS TO THE GAME. THE GRAFICS ARE GOOD AND THE MULTIPLAYER VERSION IS COOL. DEPENDING ON IF YOUR A SERIOUS GAMER OR NOT IS IF YOU SHOULD GET IT

Fun and humorous

I stayed away from the first Frogger release, only because I was never a fan of the arcade version and I had read horrible magazine reviews about it. When Frogger 2 came out, I read reviews stating that THIS is what the first Frogger SHOULD have been. So I gave it a shot, and we loved it right away.

The graphics/playfields are entertaining and FUNNY in some spots. The control works quite nicely (a problem in the first game, I understand). And the multi-player option is GREAT! Jumping on your friend to slow him down, while making that "SPLAAAT!" sound never gets old.

The 1-player mode is also fun and challenging. This is definitely a game where patience is a virtue--it pays to study the mechanics of the various obstacles before you make your move!

Very fun, cute, and colorful--I think most people would be happy with this game.

Good, but could've been better.

I found this game as a dissapointment, considering the fact that the Frogger series is so highly acclaimed.

The gameplay was so-so. The most annoying part about the whole Frogger series is that there is no way to attack, or prevent yourself from dying when you touch the tiniest part of a beetle, ant, etc. Yet on the bright side, the setting is incredible. The plot is off the mark. Rescuing pesky frog babies from a stupid crocodile who can't trap a frog? Not right. This area of the game could've been largely improved by Hasbro Interactive.

The sound is another positive thing(out of the few in the game). It adds largely to the feel of this game. I warn you, it can get very annoying.

The graphics are exceptional. You can see everything vividly, and that is a must. Unfortunately, you can't change the view(except for rotating)and that could be very unpleasent when you can't see this or that.

The controls are very sloppy. Sometimes you do different things than you told the controller to do(I've tried three different controllers, it isn't the controller, thank you). Also, the controls could be more varied, to give Frogger something more to do than hop and croak.

Frogger 2 is worth your money, but not much more.

C'est la vie! You gain some. You lose some.

This is "Volume 2" of the beloved arcade game FROGGER. All and all, it is a good+ (pronounced "good-plus") game. It could be rated "great" by some group of players. Here are some insight:

1) Playability: It is easier to play and win in this game than in the first one. So, that is a plus for some players, and perhaps at the same time, a minus for some others. The game consists of 10 chapters. The same strategy (simple algorithm) can be used throughout the game (somebody sighs: "boring"?) The players will need to win in the earlier chapters to move forward. In each chapter, the mission is to save 5 baby frogs. Check points (after saving each baby) are available in each chapter. Again, this feature may have made the game less challenging to some players.

2) Graphics: This is probably a strong point of this version as compared to the previous one. Rich environments in different chapters. For this feature only, in my opinion, the game should deserve a 5-STAR. Some chapters may be scary to young kids (Well, they are not supposed to play games too much, anyway.)

Well, here comes the moment of truth. If this game is rated 5-star then it would not be fair, in comparison with FROGGER. However, if it is given too low a rating, it is not fair, either. After all, it is a good+ game. So, 4-STAR then! (ribbit!)

Could have been better

If you loved the first game, this sequel will be somewhat of a disappointment. It is simply not as much fun as it could have been.
