Please, end the misery!

How do I start? Where do I begin?? Dark Angel the series kicked "mucho butto" when it was aired, and I, along with thousands of others mourned its premature demise in favour of Mr Whedons inferior Firefly (now also axed. HA!).It was a slam-dunk of a premise that lent itself to any and every format: Film, TV, Anime, and of course, video games. Now when i heard a game was being made I was on cloud 10.5 never mind 9. So imagine my disapointment when I slapped this miserable excuse of a video adaptation into my prestine Xbox.

The nearest simularity to this game is Fighting Force N64, only the camera's so far back even THAT shoddy game looks like a classic in comparison. Don't get me wrong, it's not easy making a decent video game and these guys probably thought they had a good stab at it, but then Pete Waterman thought he had a good stab at producing OTV's debut single. Nuff said there!

When will the game industry learn from all the other entertainment industries? Only entrust TOP game franchises to TOP game making talent!

4/10 (for minamal effort)

1/10 (for potentially killing a top franchise)

ROLL ON ALIAS!

AWESOME!!!

This game rocks!!! As a fan of the show,I am so glad that I can continue on the wonderful experience of the show in this awesome game. They did a great job at capturing the essence of the show's post-pulse Seattle world. Dark Angel fans will not be disappointed.

For those not familiar with the show, you are Max, a genetically enhanced super-soldier who escaped from the government lab that created her when she was a child, and has been on the run ever since. You are guided through the game by "Eyes Only", a renegade cyber-journalist out to stop corruption. The game has two main features--stealth and fighting.

Stealth--really cool once you get the hang of it. In most levels, you have to try to stay undetected by security. You sneak down walls, and peak around the corner. If someone is there, you make a noise to draw them to you, and just when they reach the edge of the corner you're hiding behind, you jump out and break their neck with a satifying CRUNCH, remaining undetected.

Fighting--the fighting moves are spectacular!! You can do some awesome backflip kicks and jump kicks off walls and stuff. You build up your "rage" meter as you fight, and when it's full you can engage the Rage Mode to kick some serious booty.

Definately a 5 star game!!!

get very far away from this game......because it suckes!

I rented this game over Ghost Recon 2, that was a grave mistake, because this game suckes, trust me do not get anywhere whithin a thousand miles from this game. To make a long story short, if you see it, smash it, it's bad, REALY, REALY BAD. Stay away trust me, do not go through the pain of this game.

I bought Dark Angel a long time ago, and I loved it! Although, it is extremely difficult and I can't pass most of the levels. When I worked myself through the game, it got harder and sucked even more! Unless Dark Angel is your IDOL, do not spend any cash on this hunk of junk!

you got to be kidding me

As long as people continue to buy this garbage, the developers will continue to produce this trash. Anyone that has had the displeasure of playing this game will no what I'm talking about. Kill 10 men in under 60 seconds or die! Wow! What fun! Or later on in the game... If the enemy sees you, you die! Wow! This just keeps getting better! After about 5 levels, the game is nearly impossible to play even on the easy level. You can't even save your progress until the end of each level. If the developers cared even a little bit about this game, they would've at least allowed your character to move while you're shooting your X5 gun. Spare yourself the pain, and don't buy this game. This is by far the biggest embarrassment to hit the XBOX.
