I think this game had pretty good gameplay. I think they could have put more effort in to the fact the some of the scenary was just long hallways and office rooms. The graphics was good but i have scene better. Over all it is a good game for people who like shooting with not many guns and like to shoots hundreds of bad guys. When in the movie there was about 20-30.

A game to Die (Hard) for!

To sum up the game....ENJOYING! I truly had a good time playing this game. I appreciate a game that mixes thought-provoking puzzles and shooting bad guys. Playing a sole-shooting game can get old fast! Listening to the dialog of all of the characters was quite entertaining and I often found myself giving a little chuckle. Sure, it would have been nice to have the live voice of Bruce Willis playing Mr.Cowboy, but his impersonator does a fine job and you catch yourself secretly applauding the impersonator when he has his moments of sounding just like Bruce Willis.

Graphics are good, no complaints comparable to all the other games available. It would have been nice to have a bit more enteraction, such as, running past a mirror and seeing your reflection....since your character is first-person it would have been nice to see if your character looked like Bruce Willis! The game is priced right, you're not having to pay for over enteratction or countless inventory of artiliary.

If you enjoyed the action movie, you will definitely enjoy the game. The movie is worth seeing and in comparison, the game is worth playing!!!

A Fair Diversion for Die-Hard "Die Hard" Fans...

"Die Hard: Nakatmoi Plaza" isn't riding the cutting edge of first-person shooters. The graphics are functional, and recreate the setting of the film surprisingly well, though the textures and furnishings can feel a bit too limited. As a matter of fact, the game suffers from some fairly poor production values all around. The in-game music feels like it was ripped from a bad Cinemax action pic (it is not, for some reason, the score from the original "Die Hard," nor does it even mimic this). The voice-acting is mostly atrocious, especially when stacked against the movie portrayals. The game's cinematics are there simply for those who haven't seen "Die Hard" (shame on you!), and are pointless for those who are familiar with the film. On top of this, the game's action sequences can range from surprisingly fun to outright dull. Shooting terrorists never really changes all that much, no matter what new hardware they're packing. As for you, you have to make due with a pistol and a machine gun for the first half of the game before you actually stumble upon some heavier, and more satisfying, firepower. "Nakatomi Plaza" also suffers from some poor scripting - sometimes you'll be asked to guard a hostage who never does what he's supposed to. Despite the game's many flaws, though, it's a decent diversion for the price. Even if you are cursing in frustration one moment, you'll still find yourself playing the next. The game manages to surpass the sum of its parts - especially if you're a "Die Hard" fan.

Good Buy if you Loved Die Hard

When I first got this game I thought it was very cool. I played it 'til the end, and now I just started replaying it. Good. Very well made. The replayability isn't that great, unless you wait a long time and forget everything that happens. Hiding Hans's face was kind of a joke for the first half of the game. Very repetitive, though. My expressions while playing changed from: "Yippee kai yay" to: "Surprise, surprise, another terrorist." All of 'em pretty much look the same. The game does have it's moments, though. Like the feature of being able to live that scene of jumping off the roof was pretty darn cool. All in all, since this game is [cheap], buy it, I liked it.

Ok Game if You Liked The Movie

The game is designed very well with a beautiful layout of Nakatomi plaza. But the game has many limitations. First, all you can do is shoot the bad guys. No other physical contact is possible. Second, you have to follow the movie to move on to the next scene. And third, The ending is horrible! After all the work you out into it, all you getis a little cinematic at the end. Then the game goes back to the Main Screen. I feel it was a poor attempt to make a game out of a great movie. It can be fun, but I found it more frustrating than anything else.
