I ordered this game on april 25 and selected 1 day shipping so it would be here the day it came out April 26 which cost $15.00 then I go to track it and it says it won't be here till May 4-11 thats 1-2 weeks. Other than that the game is very fun keeps you playing it for a long time the animations in this game are great and the diplomatic part where you can make treaties is pretty cool

2nd best strategy game(after warcraft III of course)

2001 of the year when i discovered empire earth.
i was walking in the street and i saw this cd shop
so i went in to buy a couple of video games, when i saw the game:empire earth in a cheap plastic bag with a lame tiny poster
so i said what tha hek i'm gonna take a risk i gonna buy it, back home i installed it, everything's fine, intallation complete; i clicked on play and suddenly my world just got better , the startegy game that i always dreamed of was there on my pc, empire earth baby, you better memorise the name cause the sequel is gonna be even better.the company that is releasing the game is the same who made the fantastic homeworld 2, so if you have any experience about homeworld 2 you'd be really impressed.and if the 1st one was declared the best game of 2001 then the 2cnd on is gonna be the best of 2005,2006 and 2007. WANT MORE INFO BOUT THE GAME VISIT WWW.SIERRA.COM.

What a dud. Love Empire Earth. Still play it. EE2... Doesn't even come close. More like rise of nations (which I hate too).

They didn't even include their classic "all your base are belong to us" in it. If you want a great game, get EE1. If you want to try EE2, wait a few months and pick it up for a song. Trust me, you won't be sorry you waited.

now me and my friends always would play the first together online it was a blast But one day one of my friends logged on and said that they are making a sequel WOW! so we waited until finally it came out but it wasnt as popular as we whould have hoped we were woried it may have been a stinker but when we got on we saw that it was in fact the KING of RTS it truely feels like you are in an actual war with weather blood stains

However it does lagg a little but its worth it dozens of years to choose from TONS of civilzations and the Max POP is 2000 WOW the campaign may be a little boring but scrimishes rock and online play unimagineable

this game is the best strategy war game i have ever played! you can play the time epocs of caveman to future! you can build atom bombers, musketeers, ironclads, robots, battleships and millions of other units! make trade routes, declare war, make armys, and all kinds of things! even make your own costum battle! each different country has 3 special units that only they can make, for instance germanys 3 special units are barbarians, german knights, and panzers. BUY THIS GAME!!!!!

I purchased this game for my husband who is a computer game freak. This game is very challenging and very exciting. The graphics are fantastic.

Hi to buyers of this game,
Beware!
I played this game at my friends house and guess what, it SUCKS !!! Do you know why? Because when I tryed to put some buildings on the terrain it turned red (that means that I can't put the building there), and guess what? My terrain wasn't at a mountain or something, it was on a flat ground!! Plus it doesn't have any custom civ. option and it doesn't have campaign builder.
Either way, Empire Earth 2 is just a game.
As a reviewer below had stated Empire Earth 1 is better because it have calamities that are caused by prophets, which are not in this game for some kind of reason. Either way save your money on Empire Earth 1 which is now very chip, and the BEST! Or wait till Empire Earth 3 comes out in about 2 years I think, which I hope will ROCK THE WORLD!!!

Ive been a huge fan of the first and when i heard about the second i counted down the days and finally it came out it was amazing much better then the first great graphics tons of options and Extreamely fun online and its free and 8 people can play at once and can make alliances and betray your allies and then NUKE them like crazy or use spys to make there reasourses posines or just make a huge army of GIANT robots and go slauter your enemy so as you can see theres tons of differnt ways to play 15 ages hundreds of buildings and dozens of units however if you got a crappy computer it will lag but its still fun so throw out War Craft or Age of Empires because the KING of RTS is here so buy it log on and kill

I ordered this item on April 26th and picked 2 day shipping which was $9.99. Later on I checked when it would be here and it said May 2nd. That is 6 days and I didn't pay for 6 days I paid for 2. I could just go out to the store to get it instead of waiting 6 days. The first game was great though so I can't wait for this one. It is the only game that I played for 6 months without getting another game and I love it and still play it now.
