This game is no GTA 3 i tell ya. I grew up on this game so i have a weird bond with it. But if you are going to it looking for something just as good as GTA 3, go else where. Same name, but if you haven't been playing the games from the start, this one is not for you. It must have the coolest intro scene ever. It is live action footage filmed with a guy that looks just like the guy in GTA3. it was filmed in SF. I left GTA 2 for GTA3. And then, there was no going back. I would reccomend this game for true diehard fans, but not very many other people. Yes, it is a classis, just like GTA 3. I say, those people at Rockstar sure know what their doing. The System requirements are so low, i could play it on my 4 year old Fujitsu Lifebook! Its fun, with a good story line. The graphics are so outdated. But after you get into the game, it is a lot of fun. It is a gamble, You will either love it or ya wont

Wow.. where can I begin? This is just one of the most amazing computer games ever made. First off, the gameplay is perfect. Few games have such noticeably perfect control. Besides that, the whole dynamic of the missions is just beautiful. If you want to just tear around and cause havoc, no problem... but if you want to rise through the ranks to the big jobs and be the guy/girl they call when they need a job done, you'll really have to focus. I get home from work all stressed out from talking to mean people on the phone all day and this game calms me completely. Where else can you destroy an entire city without facing the usual consequences of guilt, imprisonment, and/or death? The GTA series is unbelievable and one-of-a-kind. If you like this one, you MUST get part 1 with the London Expansion. I'm considering a Playstation 2 just so that I can get GTA 3, which looks amazing.

OH, and I almost forgot to mention... The radio stations playing in the cars in the GTA series are the best ever. Sometimes, after I jack a nice car, I'll find a good place to park and just chill out to the radio for a bit while I plot my way up the ranks.

A great sequel to GTA, controll of a criminal, start police chases, run people over, do jobs for gangs. Kill 1 gang and get respect from another. Ventur into a hostile gangs territory, well u better have a gun! Great game, i have wasted many hours of my life playing it and i cant think of a better way

This is a great game, really fun. It's not 3D, but so what, this game rocks. One feature that makes this stand out among even the recent GTA games is, of course, MULTIPLAYER! We actually played this game for several hours at a LAN party. Incredibly addictive.

This game tops off any Gangster game. The camera angles are perfect. Although it is actually slower then it was then the first one. The game play is much better and much more cleaner. This is a must game for anyone who has a taste for blood and likes seeing people getting killed in games. If your the total opposite then I suggest you don't buy this game. This game is 100% addictive.

I have this game and its cool.
But,you have to deal with it
being overhead the whole time...this game has to do with
3 gangs in each city.
the best part is driving away from the
cops, especially when you have the tank.
Over all this is a good game, so i recommend
it to any one who likes games like this.
but remember it is in overhead view

GTA2 is set in a futuristic city where you try to earn "Respect" from gangs.Earning respect means killing their opposing gang.The more you kill,the harder a job you get that pays ALOT more than an easy job.Also doing jobs and completing them earns you respect too.This game says KILL, KILL, KILL ,KILL ,KILL all over the box (well not really...).I think ive said enough.

If I could rate this game a 6/5 I would. This game does have some swearing in it, but if you want your kid to get away from you this is the game. With 75 different missions. In the missions you can do things from making people into hotdogs (you don't get to see that (for the mom's)) to just stealing a car. This game you can do anything from carjacking to shooting a cop. Trying to beat all 3 levels and BONUS levels. It is a pretty hard game to get used to but once you know how to control the guy ,and the car, you should be one of the greats. One last thing. I am 12 years old. It's worth buying!!

Not quite gta3 but what can ya say it isn't 3d so it can't get there, but of course my favorite thing about this game was the commercials and just the radio in general. I also like the respect meter, something that i personally wished could have been incorporated into all other gta's. It also has the most freedom, you don't have to do a gangs missions if you don't want to, you can do the other's you have 3 choices in each city. Or you could find a tank and rampage like i LOVE to do. I mean whatching people go flying up into the screen is classic. I also love how the people curse at you if you almost hit them, it cracks me up almost every time. Good classic game, recommend it even if you already have gta3/vice. See gta at it's best.
