My four year old really enjoys this game. We got it for him for Christmas, and even thoughhe can't beat it yet he still has fun playing as his favorite Recue Hero.

My six year old son got this for Christmas along with his first Game Boy. He loves it! Great choice for the young ones.

One of top 3 rated games in Nintendo Power when released

Look...if you're too old to care who the rescue heroes are, don't bother. But if your kid is in that age range, this is just a good game.

When it came out, it was one of the top rated games in Nintendo Power...GameBoy Advance or otherwise. The developer also did Sabrina, and the publisher was Knowledge Adventure division of Vivendi, and they know kids.

It's challenging for the older kids, but the easy level will let the player be Billy Blazes and put out fires without much worry about dying, and that's going to be fun.

I doubt anyone is ever going to spend as much money as they probably did on a Rescue Heroes game again, so get it before it leaves the shelf.

GREAT FUN!!

We got my 5 yr old son this game for Christmas and he absolutely loves it!!! He would have played the game 24 hrs a day if we allowed him to. He has completed the game entirely since Christmas but still loves to play the game again and again. He is a HUGE Rescue Hero fan and has been for a couple years and I don't think he'll ever tire of playing this game.

I bought this game for my 4 year old for christmas and he loved it and with a little (and I mean little) he beat all 8 levels and the game the other day. We played it through the game player on our gamecube so it was easier to see. Great game Billy Blazes never dies, not violent. good choice for young ones

What a great game boy advance game! We searched high and low for something my 5 year old could play on his game boy that wouldn't frustrate him...this game fits the bill perfectly! He is a rescue hero fan, which makes this game even more fun! It's challenging enough to interest him, his 6 year old brother and even me, his mom, yet it's simple enough that he can get through the levels and feel a sense of accomplishment. I would highly recommend this game for the younger set of game boy players! It's really fun!

Excellent for the little ones.

My 4 (almost 5) year old is all new to the video game world, but this game fit the bill perfectly. There are advanced and rookie modes in the game. Advanced mode is alot of fun (even for Dad). You run throught the levels, collecting firefighting tools, refilling your water tank, and saving people and animals from the fires. Rookie mode is great for the little guys, as they have all the tools, never run out of water, and can't "die" by stepping into the fire too often. It's hard to find Game Boy games for 4 and 5 year olds, but this is a good one (not like Nemo!).
I would have rated this 5 stars, but for pre-reading kids, you need to go through and start the game for them each time.
