MOH: Pacific Assault

This game is frustrating.
1. The squad gets in the-denying you to take cover in quick-reactions situations during enemy fire.
2. After unloading an entire magazine of bullets, if you're lucky, you may have killed the enemy.
3. Zig-zag manuvering to resist snipers is futile because the Japanese dead-eye you. As oppose to you not being able to lock on to their zig-zag tactics.
4. Too many sub-missions.
5. Narrow path which inhibits taking cover from the main path.
6. Some levels you start on don't even re-health you so you end of using one of your four health packs.
7. Everyone else doesn't die, but gets stunned, so you're left praying that the medic gets to you on time if he's not "busy."
8. After falling from taking a hit, enemies walk right through you sqaud and put you out of your misery.
9. The graphics are sweet, though.
10. You get to exchange weapons from dead enemies.

If you have the patience, then get the game.

Every Medal of Honor is terrible, Never even consider wasting your hard earned money on any Medal of Honor game. Even if your money comes easy to you it would have better use if you threw it in the trash or burned it than spend it on this crap. Go buy Call of Duty.

Don't bother wasting your time...

I purchased Pacific Assault during Christmas time along with Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2. I have played Call of Duty Allied Assault for PlayStation 2 a couple years back and thought I remembered liking it. I decided to play CoD and the CoD2 first and now I have just started playing MoH. Wow what a difference, it is so behind CoD2 that there is not even a point in finishing the game. Graphics our poor, gameplay is weak and I think CoD2 is the best WWII game I have ever played. I love EA Games, but this is one I would not recommend.

take that call of duty!

the best shoot em up game i have played on the computer for a long time. This the game that shuts up all the call of duty fans who thought it was the best, this game proves them wrong. Pure genious and action all the way through with loads of hidden objectives for you to earn medals etc. There is also a gr8 story line with the friendship between the characters in the single player mode which makes the game feel more human and realistic then all other war games

Not able to play because of the video card requirements

Before you buy this game check that you have DirectX 8.1 enabled graphics card with at least 64 MB or more memory and one of these T&L capable chipsets: ATI Radeon 8500 or greater; NVIDIA GeForce3 or greater except GeForce4 MX. It will then be a waste of money. I would stick to Call of Duty!!!!!

this could have been a great game, but

I will keep this short and sweet. I absolutely need this game in my Medal of Honor arsenal. It has been way too long. I have resorted to starting up a new mission about a week ago on the older MOH when I say this I mean Allied assault + the two expansions, I swear that it is the only way to get enough MOH at one time because I can play for two hours at a time easily. That doesn't sound like much but I am also playing the Call of Duty-United Offensive expansion pack and have also been deep into Doom 3 (about 2 or 3 levels remaining), Painkiller, and Far Cry (also about 1 or 2 levels remaining),I am also greatly into the Age of Mythology series and the C&C Generals series, so I am truly doing whatever I can to get by until Pacific Assault gets released and like always with the MOH series I am sure that this will also be a great investment in both dollars and time taken from my life.

Get down! now throw a grenade private!!!

I love the Medal of Honor series, they just seem to be getting better and better. The thrid in these series is pretty good. Not great, but pretty good. I still think the first one has the best graphics, but at least in this one, you can ride more vehicles and even fly planes. Caution, when flying planes, you may suffer from vertigo, but it's all in good fun - Unless you're on medication. A good buy, but with Halo 2 out, maybe they should have made this a littler cheaper. WHAT?? you know I'm right dude!!!!

Eeeh its okay

Well, when I installed this game on the computer I was
wondering if my comp'd be able to run it. It ran fine, even
on the highest quality(although I did have to turn the resolution down a notch). I was hooked on this game, for its immersive storyline and realistic combat. However this game does have negatives. 1. Though you'll get hooked on it(maybe not if your preffer Call of Duty) you'll only get hooked, and play it all day straight for only ONE day. And then it's like
when you replay it its not that enjoyable. The audio is good, though some sound skipping does occur. Their is finally some blood shown in this game. If you REALLY like the MOH series, pick this one up, you'll like it. However, if you preffer Call of Duty buy that instead

Don't waste your money

Slow, frustrating, choppy. Looooong load times. Ridiculous mouse lag. Even with way better than required hardware this game will have you pulling your hair. First game I have given up on and not finished. I feel lucky to have been able to sell it. Don't waste your time or money on this P.O.S.
