I wanted to love this game.

I saw the ratings for this game and was so excited to get it. Until I did. I've tried repeatedly, and unsuccessfully, to get into this game. My main complaints are that the battles are overly long and tedious and Jack's reaction time is slow. The battles are so boring and drawn out that I found my mind wandering as I fought.

The graphics and atmosphere of the game are good, and it was fun for the first ten minutes to wander around Halloween Town. But, in my opinion, the game is more annoying than entertaining.

Excellent game.

It's an excellent game. Those who like Tim Burton's movie, will simply love this game!! I recommend it.

i don't know why people be hating on this game. but its a great game overall. im not even a big fan of that gothic classic nighmare before christmas cult movement, but it's a beautiful game. the dance numbers are lots of fun and so is the rest of the gameplay. its dark and spooky, but you become totally addicted to it. i enjoyed whipping everyone, including the good guys. plus your whip becomes more and more powerful after you get power ups. its the greatest weapon of all games. bitchslapping ghosts and goons. sweeeeeeeet.

This game was a LOT of fun. Compared to other games I've played, this one was pretty quick - which I liked. It wasn't too difficult, but had a diverse range of challenges that kept it interesting.

Of course, the best part was just getting to take out in that world. Who wouldn't love exploring Halloween Town?

If you love "Nightmare Before Christmas", then you will surely love this game.It has all of the characters from this movie. It is a must have for "Nightmare Before Christmas fans. I recommend it.

I bought this game for my girlfriend who is obsessed with The Nightmare before Christmas movie. While we sit at home and I wish to spend some time to myself and my videogames, she will sit and play this game, totally entranced by it.

Music is great as well, especially if you loved the music from the movie, as some of it appears in the game.

If you are a Nightmare Before X-Mas fan (like me), then you will love The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogies Revenge.

The plot is that Oogie Boogie kidnaps the holiday icons (Easter Bunny, Saint Nick etc), and it is up to Jack Skellington to stop him.

Through-out the game, you will have to fight numerous enemies, such as ghosts or skeltons.You also will also have to fight semi-major movie characters, such as Lock, Shock and Barrel.

The game graphics are pretty decent, and the music is almost all from the original 1993 movie.Most of the original voices, like Chris Sarandon, return for the game.

i love the Nightmare Before Christmas. Its a fun game but I do miss the original voices from the movie. Not to difficult to play either just a time consuming game.
