I thought this games is simply the best playstation game to ever be released. With unfolding storyline which capitaves the viewer and graphics possibly compare to Playstation 2, this is a game impossible to put down. The puzzles are very challenging and provide hours of gameplay in an attempt to strive for protection. As you commence, you learn more about the species you encounter. Scrabs, paramites, sligs, slogs, sloggies, flying sligs, crawling sligs, Modokun slaves are just some of the few inhabitants. The stunning gamespeak has expanded since Oddworld: Abe's Odesyee. This game has made Oddworld: Munch's Odesyee one of the most highly anticipated Playstation games of the year. Abe has become one of the most recognizable Playstation moguls since Crash Bandicoot. Even with infinite lives, this game will pose a challenge for the best gamers around.

This is a really cool game! You are a Mudokan named Abe and your trying too save all of the other Mudokans from Soul Storm Brewery. It is fun to play because it's challanging and you have game speak. You can chant to take control of the enemies! You can posses ... and move them to blow up enemies! Overall it is a really cool game and it's worth the money!

Oddworld Inhabatints' second quintology game does what it did last time, combine humor in a dark setting. In this game Abe has just come back from saving 99 mudokons from being ground up into food at Rupture Farms, when he falls on his head and has a vision of three mudokon spirits. They tell him Rupture farms isn't the only company killing mudokons for profit. Hearing this Abe and five buddies set out across the desert in seach of one of those companies. Abe has the ability to talk to anyone, and since the mudokons have emotions you'll need every word. your supposed to guide the Mudokons to saftey, but alot of the games humor is in the killing. You can have mudokons beaten, crhushed, shreded, shot, suicadal, and many many more. You can also do other things like posses enemies and farts (you heard me) but it would exceed 1,000 words. The one downside is that it can be hard at times so you need to be patient. Otherwise buy this game, you'll be glad ya did!

This game, as a platformer has a simple yet addictive goal. Rescue all the mudokons (green aliens with hippy ponytails and emotional as cheese which is very emotional) by chanting by a ring of birds and creating a portal back to...where do they live?

What is the best thing about this game is the power of possesion. By chanting he can posess a variety of creatures and even your own farts.

If your a sadistic person you can kill as many mudokons (and the rest) as long as you can progress. One of my favourite deaths has to be leading about five mudokuns with a running start and suddenly stopping while they all fall into a hole filled with guillotines and fleeches (leech body, crocodile mouth). And even the basic kills of slapping them to death is very satisfying.

If you call yourself a games collecter you would have bought this game half a decade ago. If not then it is not to late to...you traded in your PSone?...well that's clever.

Fun game but didn't receive a manual. Actually, this is my favorite game series. I have a tattoo of one of the characters. John

The best new feature is the Quicksave. Abe's oddysee was a little painful without it... the gameplay is complex without being excruciatingly hard to learn. The storyline is extremely well thought out, and the interaction with other characters in the game is better than any other game I've seen.

One problem is that you do need an attention-span quite a bit longer than the average mosquito, in order to appreciate the complexity of the game.... If you are not an ADD patient, you may want to ignore the one-star rating, and at least try it for yourself... best $40.00 I've ever spent on a game!

Even better than the first

If you haven't played any of the Oddworld games, you need to start. Now. You won't find a more clever series. Abe's Exodus goes further into the Oddworld universe, where Mudokons are beaten, eaten, and tortured for their tears. As Abe, your mission is to rescue your fellow Mudokons by any means necessary. This includes slapping, apologizing, chanting to take over an enemies body, and using flatulence as a deadly weapon. The puzzles continue to be new and entertaining. The graphics are superb. The humor is...one of a kind. The next episode is due out on the PS2 and there are plans for many more Oddworld games, so get going and start enjoying them right away.

I just can't believe Abe's Odyssey got a sequel! I've never played any game as boring and as repetitive as this. Sure the animation sequences are good and slightly funny. Its gotten good reviews so far but I just found the game so bad! I bought the first one, but then sold it back to the store. Then when the second one came out, I decided to rent it one day and it was simply more of the same. They pretty much just slapped on new animation sequences and gave it a name. Gameplay is the same and so is the motives. You just sneak around, help other slaves out, take them to some bird portal, free them. Oh sure the idea of taking over other creatures bodies seems fun....trust me, not in this game. Two thumbs down. But of course this is only MY opinion.
