Why do you have to review them now?

Ignore my rating, I just had something to say and needed to select a rating.

OK. First of all, ignore every post here, because none of them really matter in the long run. It is pointless to write a review for this game now, because it ISN'T COMPLETE. All of you who went to E3, THAT WAS NOT THE COMPLETE VERSION. You can't possibly write a correct review on a partial view of the game. Stop writing reviews for games that haven't even had the final version released. It only confuses people who are interested in the game. People want accurate reviews, not speculation. Speculation does not help anyone decide anything.

If you are interested in this game, wait until a real review comes here or just rent it once it comes out. There's no point in listening to a review of an incomplete game!

I admire this game, all levels have humor and cartoonish
action, I love The Academy of Evil! As you know, you can
play as Cortex, he is good but you just want to play as
Crash like you do in Crash Bandicoot (1996) Crash Band-
icoot: Cortex Strikes Back, (1997) Crash Warped (1998)
Crash Tag Team Racing (1999) Crash the Huge Adventure,
(unknown) Crash N-Tranced (unknown) Crash Bandicoot,
The Wrath of Cortex (2001)Crash Nitro Kart (2003) Cr-
ash The Ripto Rampage (2005)

Don't listen to the other reviews this is a great game!

Difficulty: Easy/Medium 9/10

I have always liked the Crash games and they were the reason i wanted a PS(i had a Saturn). When i got a PlayStation, i got the second game and played the crap outta it. I played the first and third a lot too, the first two are my favorites. I also liked the fourth one too, i think PS2 owners didn't like it cause of 2 minute load times, and XBox fanboys didn't like it cause it "looked bad for an XBox game". I have it for XBox and i like it as good as the third. From all the previews i've read, this will be as good as the first two, and return Crash to his former glory as the king of platformers.

BEST GAME EVER!

Best in the series

I've been playing Crash games since the original for PlayStation1. After Team Racing, the series seemed to die a quick death, with games like 'Crash Bash' a lame Mario Party clone, Crash Wrath of Cortex had great visuals, but just felt medicore and not much fun. Since then, I haven't bothered to play any recent additions to the series, such as Crash Nitro Kart, or Crash Tag Team Racing.

Back in 2004, I heard that Jon K. (creator of Ren & Stimpy) was going to help out with Crash Twinsanity. This piqued my interest, since humor is what the series really needs. The main character isn't some 'badboy' superhero. He's a silent, brainless oaf. The villians he fights are clumsy, so comedy seemed the best direction to take the series in. Also, using comedy is a good way to try and make the series not such a blatant Sonic the Hedgehog ripoff. (Crystals = Chaos Emeralds, Cortex = Robotnik, Crash's 'attitude' = Sonic inspired, Crunch = Shadow) anyway..

I expected the game to follow the usual 'warp-room' formula the other titles in the series did. Wrong. The game has no levels. The entire game is one HUGE level, with typical jungle settings, underground caves, snowboarding, beaches, creepy castles, and lava areas. And I've yet to finish the game.

This is what i've been dying to see in a game for quite some time. No levels, just one huge world. Major props to Vivendi for ditiching the warp-rooms, and making it more free-roaming.

This is also the first game i've played since a 2D era (Genesis, Nintendo) where i actually NEED lives. So many games recently let you save wherever you want, so lives are pretty useless, since you can just load a game and pickup where you left off. This game only lets you save when you find an 'autosave crate' which you can only find after beating a few levels and bosses. So you will NEED lives in this game.

Which leads me to another aspect of the game I love. The challenge. Crash games are usually pretty easy. This game can get pretty hard at times. Sometimes frustratingly hard. Which is good. Games need a challenge.

Also, the new character, Nina, (Cortex's niece) is the best character ever. When you first play as her, there's hard-rock music blaring, while you plow down everything in your path with her grappling-hook arm. Yet, while all this is happening, she's skipping merrily. I find that so hilarious for some reason.

The only faults i find with this game is when you play as Cortex, he CANNOT JUMP, and he's slow as a snail. This is incredibly frustrating when you're playing those 'run from something that's chasing you, while you can't see what's in front of you' parts of the game.

Bottom line: Vivideni MAKE TWINSANITY 2. The series hasn't been very good since Naughty Dog left, but with this game, you've surpassed all the previous titles in the series. (Well, except for the original Crash Team Racing..)

The only thing I ask for a possible sequel, is to pump-up the graphics, make Crash run a little faster and jump higher. Doubly so if Cortex is playable.

CRASH 1 TO THIS HAVE ALL BEEN BRILL!

Lets face it, WOC sucked. Luckily, CNK, released fall 2003, was good. One year later, Twinsanity came out and it saved the series. It was one of the best games of the year. It was fun to play as Crash, Cortex, and Nina. This game gives me high hopes for Crash Tag Team Racing, which will be released soon.

Well, I think the ol' two big people that make they're review aren't right(they suck very much). You don't know what a game is!
Twinsanity is the whole next generation!Crash,Cortex,Nina - a whole new gameplay!
Well 2:Cortex Strikes back,Warped too - are good for a 3d classical action-advanture game too.CTR , CNK an' The Wrath of Cortex REALY ,REALY , REALY STINK!That's right I hate 'em!Oh , and don't forget the first one , it's annoyng.
I'm maybe nine, but I know what a game is.I have all the Crash series for PS one and two.
I like Twinsanity.

Questions:

1.Is N-Tranced a 3D game?

2.Wouldn't it be cool in a Crash 3D game to explore the "Infinite World of Dimensions".?

3.Wouldn't it be cool in a Crash 3D game to have a story about one of the bad guys(N. Cortex ,Nina ,N. Brio ,N. Tropy etc.)?

4.Can someone download some of the wallpapers in "Crash Bandicoot Europe dot com"?'Couse I can't.

A true example of game evolution

After the horror that was Wrath of Cortex, I had fairly low expectations for this game. After playing through a good bit of it, I must say I was completely and utterly wrong. Finally, Traveller's Tales has injected life into a dying series. I honestly don't know why so many people gave this game a bad review.
Like most of the other Crash games, the difficulty can be rather high, but nothing a true gamer would balk at. The humor in the game had me rolling on many occasions, and unlike the minigames and alternate play style segments in similar platformer games, I found the minigame segments in Twinsanity to be both well done and fun. Playing as Cortex could be a bit dry at times, but Nina is fun to play as, and Crash is as silly as ever. The
This game takes the typical platforming formula of the Crash Bandicoot games and mixes it with the story-oriented style of Incredible Crisis, creating a game that you just can't put down.
In a time where gamers think Grand Theft Auto is an entertaining game series, Crash Bandicoot Twinsanity is a welcome breath of fresh air, good for children and adults alike...if they've got the skill to play a real game.
After the dissappointment that was Wrath of Cortex, it's good to see Crash Bandicoot in a game that is honestly good.
I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
