Good for the people who don't want to cheat too much

It is true that this is just a adapter for people to download/Upload game saves but it's great. CodeJunkies.com has the latest game saves. Today Halo 2 came out and they had saves for all the levels. No, they do not have invincibility but who wants that. Having game cheats will take away the need to come up with strategies to beat the game and make the game dull and boring. It is also good for people who want to transport many game saves at a time.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.....

This is a good idea for a product. Bottom line: gamers save games to included memory unit from xbox controller... move memory unit to slot attached to usb cable into pc... open Action replay software on PC desktop... Three windows show 1.the memory cartridge 2.saves on your pc and 3. a network window that allows you to populate the list over the net from one of two choices: power saves or community... you can then drag and drop from window to window to transfer files. Power users transfer their saves up and you can transfer them down to pc then to memory unit then save to xbox.
THE PROBLEMS ARE:
1. a lot of saves do not work EVER (like NCAA2004)
2. IF YOU CAN LOG ON... you will have a heck of a time accessing pages on their website as their servers are running at about a 150% of capacity and lock up regularly (this often makes people think the software is malfunctioning when in reality it just times out waiting for a server response)
3. Poor documentation and directions... (you can download a file then drag it from the desktop to the AR window, but they never tell you this and the download is a zip that you might try extracting when you don't need to)

Solution: THEY NEED TO BUY BETTER SERVERS AND LINES INTO THOSE SERVERS!. WE ALL NEED TO START A SEPERATE CLEARINGHOUSE FOR THE SAVES. AND IF THEY DON'T GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER WE NEED TO ALL RETURN OUR ACTION REPLAYS FOR CREDIT WHERE WE BOUGHT THEM.

OMG THIS PWNS!!! 1337 UBER HAXXORZ!!! :-)

in halo 2, if you make jump videos like me or like to make movies overall in halo 2, you can make the game hudless...HUDLESS!!!! so you don't have to do the oddball trick any more and can keep jumping and filming with a clean result. I hate cheaters and wish all of them could just be blown off of the face of the earth but making my games hudless is the the whole reason i'm buying.

Running XP? Don't bother with this ...

This doesn't work with Windows XP. The application that comes with it crashes as soon as it's started and there isn't any third party software that works with it. The manufactuer knows about the problem and has yet to correct it. They have even started deleting any posts in their forums asking about the problem. Worst customer support I have ever seen!

Action replay is really good. you may have read bad stuff about it but its really cool for a xbox. if you have internet and a xbox you are set. this gives those old games for your xbox a mew meaning. it was a little hard at first but after that it was simple. it took me about 20 minutes to figure it out. well anyone who is thinking about it get it

MAN how frustrating...

BUYER BEWARE.

This thing could be useful, if it WORKED.

Just a little background on why I bought it, then what happened:

I was at about 70% on Grand Theft Auto, and was sick of looking for "hidden packages" and such. I wanted 100%. so i order this thing. when i get it, I immediately try it out. I install the software and the Docking Station (the transfer device that you plug the given 8mb card into)

I insert the provided 8mb xbox memory card. Then transfer the GTA VC 100% save. Take the card to my Xbox and stuff it into a controller. transfer it to the Xbox's hard-drive (like an idiot) overwriting my game on the hard drive. try to play the game... guess what... my save file is damaged...

I spent 2 hours un/re-installing, trying different controllers, trying any concievable method to get this thing working... if only i have visited codejunkies.com's forums FIRST... In the Xbox section, almost EVERY topic is about how it DOES NOT WORK.

Their suggestion is to send Datel your memory card, and they will replace it "free of charge" .... but where's the compensation for shipping on my end? .... where's the compensation for me waiting another 2 to 4 weeks to even USE this thing? why is it standard practice to have to ship a BRAND NEW product out for repair? why was there no recall since they KNOW these cards are faulty?...

The questions regarding their methods are endless. My advice, don't be an idiot like me, research a little deeper before even thinking about buying this "product".

This product is great, it isnt really a cheat device, more like a save manager, you can load other people onto your X-box on PSO and other games, it's kinda cheating, but not really, since you aren't using codes or anything, you're just getting stuff from people, it's like taking money from someone (not stealing, they'd have to offer it). I mean, if the people go through the trouble of loading their stuff onto the internet so you can download it onto your X-Box, then that must be some kind of offer, I mean, I wouldn't download my files onto the internet if I didn't want people to downkload it to get some extra stuff, what kind of crazy guy would I be if I did that, so really, in a way, it isnt cheating, its just accepting items from people, or money!
