One of the greatest games ever made

Jedi Knight..... the greatest 3rd person game ever. This game may have been made long ago, but the graphics of it are amazing. if you have a geforce2 mx, you can pump out resolutions up to 1600X1248 or something like that. One of the best features is...the ligtsaber. the first star wars game ever that you get to have one. this game has aover 20 missions, including 7 battles with dark jedi. my favorite has to be level 14, with the dark jedi maw. on hard mode, this game can take hours to beat.Another great feature is the multiplayer capabilites. ive had many fun hours on the Zone playing with other people.

Onto Mysteries of the Sith (the expansion pack that supposed to come with the re-release of JK). MOTS is another great game,using the same engine as JK. some of the updates include new levels, weapons, and enemes, and new multiplayer skins . JK is still superior,due to the longer gameplay .some of the graphics can get old in MOTS, since you already had them in JK. Also, in the MOTS cd is a secret level that you can play. You are luke skywalker and you get to fight DArth Vader in Bespin. (Remember The Empire Strikes Back?)

All in all, Jedi Knight is one of the most revolutionary games ever made.

Confusion over add-on

While this game is fun, there is some confusion about the add-on mentioned in an earlier review. The add-on is part of "Star Wars: Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2 with Mysteries of the Sith", not of this first game.

a Masterpiece

Justin Chin really outdid himself with this one....hyped as the sequel to Dark Forces, this really blows its also-excellent predecessor out of the water.

How can you go wrong with the first game to feature lightsaber battles? This is really the lure of the game, and it does not disappoint. The game comes packaged with several dramatic multiplayer locations, featuring deep pits, fiery atmospheres, and harrowing catwalks.

The force powers are excellently implemented as well. Nothing beats the Force Grip. "You have failed me for the last time..."

The story is great, the video cutscenes are top-notch, and the graphics are fabulous, especially with a good 3D card. The sound and music are first rate as well, and with redbook audio you can listen to these two CD's in your stereo if you so wish to.

Multiplayer is a blast. If the force powers and saber battles aren't your cup of tea, you can just blast it out Quake-style with the force powers disabled. There are lots of hacks and new maps online now, and gameplay at the MSN gaming zone is rock solid and popular.

What's not to like? I have no complaints about this game.

this is probably the best star wars game to date. the weapons are cool and there are a lot of levels. The cinematics are probably my favorite part. But the game can be very hard at times. you can go to [website]for some cheats and tips. You can use the force to help you and to defeat enimies. this is a good game for experienced action gamers. The most fun parts of this game are the lightsaber battles in my opinion.

I remember playing this a few years back and how much I loved every bit of it. First I downloaded the demo, then I later borrowed it from a friend. It was a great gameplaying experience, one that few FPS/action games now-a-day can't beat. It was brilliant how Lucasarts though up of a shooter without ripping off Doom because Jedi Knight is a game within it's own territory. I can't wait for Jedi Outcast: Jedi Knight II!

This is a must have for anyone who has ever played a first person shooter. This is an awesome sequal to the already brilliant dark forces series. You also get to use many different force powers such as deadly grip and persuasion. After having the gvame for three years a still enjoy cutting through Dark jedi Jerec with my lightsaber and force powers.

Jedi Knight is a first person shooter with a great gameplay, storyline, lots of weapons and jedi powers. An excellent single player game with great multiplayer options. The gamelevels are huge and very well desinged, The multiplayer is awesome. I love to duel with the lightsaber. The level design is fantastic much better than dark forces. It has a lot of great action and a lot of RPG elements and you need to solve many objectives, It has a lot of secrets too. The bad things are that the graphics are outdated today and the charecters do not look real. The AI is also very bad, No reaction from the others if you kill your own guys. But without a doubt Jedi Knight is the best star wars game ever.

this game is the best star wars game on the street(although
its a couple years old).you get to use force powers and ur lightsaber starting in the fourth level.15 bucks is bout the price now, but its worth it . especially the lightsaber duels.u cant go wrong with this game BUY IT!!!!!
