this game is a money machine for the software company. You have to pay to play. They charge you every minute hr day week to play. Don't buy it unless you are ready to give away your hard earned cash. even if it was free (which I expect at some point it will be ) I would not suggest you buy it

Very fun

I am very much enjoying this game. The feeling of being in a warzone, and battling enemies with a purpose is a lot of fun. I love the look, and style, the graphics are very good, in my opinion. Lots of interesting character development, and in general is a refreshing take on MMORPG's.

Great new MMO

I've been playing MMO's for about 8 years now. I started with SWG, moved on to EQ2 and have been looking for something new for the past few months. I played WoW for about 2 months and hate how easy and cartoonish the game is. Tabula Rasa is refreshing to say the least. The game reminds me of SWG when it first came out and was still a great game.
I have not encountered a single bug yet, although as with any MMO I'm sure there are plenty especially at launch. Many games today are released when they are not even near finished, I feel they did a great job doing as much as possible to make this a great game at the start.
If you're looking for something fresh and new, exciting and challenging, I say give it a try!

Playing this game was fun at first, but as I got more into it, my attention was drawn to other games far more than this one, so Tabula Rasa just fell by the wayside. Good game, but not enough to keep me interested.

it's ok...I guess

Stopped playing after a month. Got bored. Maybe I'm just not into sci-fi. after all the hack and slash WOW type games I've played.

Every player looked pretty much alike to me, and I had a hard time distinguishing real players from NPCs. Kept finding stuff from kills that I had no idea what to do with and didn't really care. If you've got a few xtra bucks, try it, maybe you'll like it. Not saying it's a bad game, but after WOW, Shadowbane, Lord of the Rings, Guild Wars, I just couldn't warm up to it.

lts am MMO!

The game is great. The graphics arent top notch, but they get the job done, and can definately run on any modern PC.

The battle system is alot more fast pace than most MMORPGs. That is actually the very reason I bought the game. I wanted a shooter that was MMO. That is basically what I got with Tabula Rasa.

It is a game I will play for a few years, at least.

I didnt give it a 5/5 because the monthly price is a little high for my tastes. I know its normal, but I guess I got spoiled from LOTR: Online's special beta price.

Also, the player-vs-player is almost non existent if you arent in a clan. (which Im currently not). Im not really a huge user of PvP, but I know that can make or break a game for alot of people.

Oh, one more thing, this game wont work for dial up. I know WoW and a few other games will, but because of the increased pace of the game, they have blocked out dial up. This is something you really should be fully aware of when you buy the game, and is really the only spec requirement that some people may not be able to make.

Fantastic Near Future MMO

Fantastic combat system, excellent creativity, lore and plot are thick and engaging. High quality in a low class world.

Fun faster paced MMO

Played EQ1 for 3 years and EQ2 for 2. Played Earth and Beyond for a year from beta and Star Wars Galaxies from beta to the ToOW.

Tabula Rasa so far is a very fun game to play. I prepaid for a year at this point and like the look and feel of the setting.

As it seems the norm that there are bugs and problems with the game but I have run into very few myself and hear about only slightly more. I would recommend this game to anyone that likes FPS. Characters development is interesting without being overly complex. Community is active and helpful. If you like SciFi and killing aliens this is the game for you.

Good game, well worth it.

This game is pretty unique among the current crop of mmo's. I found it to be quite refreshing. Graphics are good, gameplay is good, the people I encountered were great, but as with all mmo's, I just got tired of paying a monthly fee. The game did need a little work when I played, with a few more patches it could be incredible but as it stands..it falls a little short. Its still worth a try for someone looking for something a little different. You can't beat amazon's price anywhere though...so if you're looking to try TR...this is the place to get it.
