The coolest mega man game EVER!

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 27 / 28

This game is the end of sidescrolling and the beginning of action/RPG for Mega Man. You play as Lan and his PET, or Navi, Mega Man. Lan lives in the Real World, while Mega Man lives in the Cyber World. TO play as Mega Man, Lan must jack into something (PCs,ovens, etc.). Lan and Mega Man must help to save AC/DC town from evil. My reccomendation: BUY IT.

VERY Mega Man

This un doubtedly one of the top ten best Game Boy Advance games ever! It has nonstop action and killer thrills, but let me say this, "Who needs a plot." This a game you can enjoy nonstop, even at a slow point, there are always battles to be won. This is a top on any list of quality games, in short, it's really great.

Strangely enough, very good!

In my opinion, there aren't many games for the GBA that deserve a 5 star rating at the moment, but this title is one of the exceptions. I won't take my time to write a short summary of the game's storyline, since the site's review asically has it in a nutshell, but I really would like to focus on what makes this game so great. First of all, while this game is an RPG, it features a very unique action-oriented battle system that is not at all hard to get used to thanks to a mini-tutorial included in the game. In other words, if you're slightly sick of the usual RPG battles, this title might provide a somewhat refreshing change. Even better is the fact that when you defeat your enemies you will sometimes be able to get chips that will allow you to learn their moves, which first of all adds a collect-them-all replay value element to the game and second of all for once makes you actually look forward to the game's many random battles. The game itself is bright and colourful and really has as much personality as any other game I've encountered on the system. The translation is also wonderful, with characters talking like normal human beings instead of using the usual RPG cliche-speak. I also found out from personal experience that you do not at all need to be a Mega Man fan in order to get into this game, which can only be a good thing. Bottom line: if you already own Golden Sun and Advance Wars and aren't sure which title to pick up next, this could very well be the game you're looking for. Highly recommended.

This game rocks... 12 year old

This game is the best RPG game I have ever played! It has amazing grapics awesome sound and it has a tight RpG style of Gameplay. When I got the game I never knew what to expect but the second it started i became hooked. The game is so good I got the second one. That one is also pretty cool (but I am writing a review for the first one). Anyway I recomend this game to people who like or even dis-like RPG, because this game is really cool. It really brings out the megaman adventures. I have all the megaman games on comp, PS1, NeS, Snes, N64, Gameboy color and advance and by far the best is this one. megaman battle network is totally differnt then the other ones It is more futuristic and more realistic then the others. This game rocks

This game is AWSOME!! I prefer this game than Mega Man Battle Network 2. That game is to complicating. I played this game at my friends house. It was sooo cool I decided to get one myself. This game is almost as fun as the Zelda games. It has amazing battle types and battle chips. Just Awsome...

I give this game about 5 stars, a little less. In the real world, you play as Lan, a 5th grader who has this robot pal Mega Man. This game is not like the original Mega Man games, but Mega Man , Guts Man and other classic enemies like FireMan appear though they look different. In the cyber world u play as MegaMan. You fight viruses for money (zennies) and can earn Battle Chips from fighting (virus busting) quickly and without getting hurt too much. During battle, Mega Man uses battle chips to attack, like cannon and sword. He uses his MegaBuster, too. This is a great game. U have to navigate some mazes in the cyber world that can get tough, but still it's maximum fun. I am a MegaMan fan and still play the Nes ones. They r all great, and this is no exception. So if u like MegaMan or are looking for a RPG/Adventure game, get this. The battle engine is in real time and really cool, It tests your reflexes and brain too. So try it today, it is worth the time and money, u won't regret it. MMBN#2 looks great too, I haven't tried it yet but I want to. I hope u liked my review. So now u know all about this game.

this is the greatest game ever for gba, actually im not sure since megaman battle network 2 is coming out. but it is an amazing game, there is a huge enviroment consisting of three different towns. you can talk to anyone you want and they all have different things to say. you can go on missions to help your friends. i also have ninetendo 64 and there only a few games on that that have an enviroment as large as this. i have beaten the game several times and i still keep on playing to see if i can get more rare chips. another feature that i have not gotten the chance yet to use is the battle arena. this allows you to connect your gba to your friends and you can battle or trade chips. you should really get this. if you are thinking of getting the sequel get this first.

being a long time megaman fan, i was interested to see what the next spin-off of the series would be. i really enjoyed the x series, megaman soccer was very enjoyable, and i actually have the japanese counterparts of the original series also. while i may not have the game yet, i gave it a try on my emulator and i'm hooked. i bought a game boy advanced and battle network two as soon as i had the money. i even pre-ordered megaman zero in support of continuing the megaman series.
this is a whole new breed of gameplay, while it may have been done before i'm not one to say ive seen it. the battles are rpg like but still have movement as you would expect from a megaman game. the story is pretty seamless, and as all megaman fans couldn't do without, plenty of upgrades.
you may want to try this game before you buy it, i did ad overall i'm glad i did.

THE BEST!

I've got a ton of GBA games but this one is the most
fun of them all. The only part I didn't care for much is
the story but with the acception of that it was perfect!
reccommended to all
