I highly suggest that you do not buy this game. The first level is far out cool, but the rest of the entire game is you, a lonesome soldier against hundreds of Germans. The weapons are not cool, the game is too easy, and the storyline does not follow World War 2 at all. The graphics, are...eeh... okay, but could be much better. I had this game for about a week, and already I got bored. Plus, I beat the game in three days, flat, so that kinda tells you that it's a [bad] game. And the controls! JEEZ LAWEEZE!... They're impossible!
The aiming system is terrible, and the guns are completely inacurate.Don't buy this game.

This is a very fun game to play. It has great multiplayer and if you master it in the single player missions then you can shoot down all your friends in multiplayer. The only downsides are that for some people it doesn't take too long to beat, and the ai players aren't too smart. On the easiest difficulty it takes them 20 shots to hit you once. If it wasn't for the multiplayer, I would rate this game 3 stars.

This game is awesome!!!!!!!!!! (Trust me; I beat it)

This was THE most interesting war game I've ever played. It consists of a unique control setup and is very spellbinding.
It can captivate players in a torrent of excitement and "on the edge of your seatness." If you ever hear of something better, just ignore it.

Example: I was exploring Level #2,and I realized ,(for I didn't read the manual),that you can mount machine guns. I love them now.

A drawback: if you mount a machine gun, extra men pop out of nowhere and pan you down.

Overall: I think that the controls were a little unorthadox, but this was the best game on my current console: the Nintendo Gamecube::way better than MOH rising sun. WAY, WAY, WAY better.

~20 authentic WWII weapons
~Different damage settings
~extremely accurately designed characters
~1-4 Players
~Unique controller configuration
~INCREDIBLE graphics
~19 invigorating levels
~1 AWESOME GAME

WARNING: This game may cause players to not be able to remove their controllers from their hands;Play with caution. (That is, if you don't enjoy endless gaming, of course.)

My favorite fps

Medal of Honor is awesome. It is a world war 2 fps with plenty of guns and a variety missions. You play as Lt. Jimmy Patterson, a character you know nothing about and never see his face (there are no cutscenes), but i guess that is to help you assume the role of the main character. The game starts of with a bang when you are put in the middle of D day, storming the beaches of Normandy. Land mines are exploding, gunshots are everywhere and your frends are dying all around you. This is my favorite level in any game and is pure genius. This level gets you hooked and makes you want to play nonstop. My only complaint with this game is the poor multiplayer, horribe enemy ai, and extremly easy difficulty. Stil, it comes highly reccommended

This game is really good. It does a great job graphicly, great quality but it dosnt bring down playin quality which is a big thing for some well designed cube games. The controls are good, but can take some time getting use to. The weapons are great and the Normondy mission, is incredible. It really gives such tragedies the respect they deserve, with very thought provoking quotes to complament the levels. If you are into shooters with mission objectives, I say buy it. If you're kinda catious about the genere, rent it and your mind will change quickly.

Will Provide Hours of Fun

I'm a big fan of the FPS games (Counterstrike, Half-Life, Unreal) and I was a bit skeptical about this game. Boy was I wrong!! From the first mission when you're dropped on the beach to overtake the MG nests, it really feels like you're there (with help from the rumble feature on the controller and having surround sound speakers). You will not get tired of it even after finishing the missions. And the multiplayer was a nice touch if you have friends over.

better than you think

I just picked this up because I like war games and it was my (...). It was this or the original splinter cell. WOW! The first level took me forever and I thought the game was gonna suck but then I got past it and i could not stop playing finally my friends came over and i realized i had been playing for almost 3 HOURS! It is very accurate according to history and has many quotes. My favorite is easily 'And when he gets to Heaven To Saint Peter he will tell: One more soldier reporting, Sir -- I've served my time in Hell' it is a beautiful game and you should definitely pick it up.

By far, this is one of the best war-games I have played yet! I was quickly fascinated with the first two Medal of Honor games, which were also outstanding. This surpasses both in overall quality, with stellar graphics and savage game-play! In this game, the hero, OSS agent Lt. Patterson, infiltrates a number of Wehrmacht and S.S. facilities to sabotage enemy equipment and weaponry. Eventually he is sent to assasinate an S.S. general and steal the Horton jet-fighter prototype. The action takes place in France, Netherlands, and Germany. Those who developed the concept have done their research! If you think that a one-man mission into enemy territory is theatrical exageration...think again:
-The game features a mission which requires you to cross the Niijmegan bridge to Ahrnem. An 82nd Airborne soldier, Ted Bachenheimer really did infiltrate the enemy-occupied Niijmegan Bridge, and cross it, all by himself! He was a bilingual German-American! On the other side, he met a group of Dutch resistance fighters and led them. Bachenheimer was a veteran of many such solo missions, in Italy.
-Anders Lassen, a Danish volunteer in the British Naval Commandos, was notorious for his ability to infiltrate enemy command centers and eliminate the personnel single-handedly! They called him "the Terrible Viking".
-There are many other such historical characters of similar prowess.
The only criticism of the game, and it is minor, is that the sound-track is a bit cheesy and mellow-dramatic at times (specifically: a really irritating boys' choir), but you can turn off the music. The game graphics are superb!

damm!

This is one of the best games I have ever played. I do not own it yet, but hope to in the near future. My Uncle rented it and I played it. I could not belive what I was missing. Me and my uncle both own a playstation 2. We both recommened it to anyone 13 and older. Anyone under 13 should consult an adult before playing the game. It is not that bad, but ther is a little foul language. VERY LITTLE foul language. Anyways, back to the game. The graphics are sooooo cool, and the guns are more than cool there Awesome! So If you want to Buy DO NOT HOLD BACK! It's Great!
