Although Pikmin 2 really doesn't bring anything new and different from the original, it's expansion of it and its building of its strengths make it one of the best games around; certainly one of the highlights of the gamecube library. I highly reccomend it.

I played Pikmin 1 and I'm saving up(i hope you to)for Pikmin2 the only thing that bothers me is when we have the timer in Pikmin 1.I heard Pikmin2 has more places and 2 new color pikmin that is white and purple and you can have more than 100 pikmin with you.I can't wait to get Pikmin 2 so to continue the journey with Olimar's assistant and start picking more Pikmin.

Beat 1 onward to 2!

I LOVE THIS GAME ITS UNBELIVABLE HOW FUN IT IS. Well, when I say how fun I mean pikmin 1 since this game isnt realesed I like this game so much this game is my favorite game in the entire UNIVERSE No game can replace it its so awesome its unbelivable There are 2 new colors in number 2 they are...... well, I better not spoil it this game is awesome so I suggest when it's released hurtle to the store and grab yourself a copy!

My mom got me this game for christmas and at first I thought it would be boring. It turned out I was wrong. The game auctually has a point and the graphics are a lot better. Kids from 5-15 will most likely like this game.

How often do you see a sequel to a movie that tries to outdo the original? That's what happened here. The original Pikmin was a masterpiece. A unique game with peaceful play interrupted with violent outbursts. Pikmin 2 is just violent outbursts. Oh yeah they ruined my favorite part of the original game, challenge mode.

Im really not a pikmin fan but i must say it was an excellently made game and 2 will be just as good if not better. nothing to new but a whole new story to keep fans excited.
