This is a beautiful version of these games. It runs much smoother than the PS2 & the controls, which were my biggest concern when buying this, are really logical. The only caveat is that the drive-bys take longer to learn than in the PS2 version. This is a great deal even at $50.

Parents, don't listen to the news; if you want to buy this for your 4-year-old boy, then go ahead. It just might prove entertaining enough to distract junior for 40-50 hours. That should give you enough time to hose down, lube up, and violate the neighbour's cat...or something. You know what I mean? Or something.

I played GTA 3 on PS2 before getting my Xbox and it was a decent game. A bit overhyped by some gamers and the press, but still a good game for a few minutes. Vice City is more artsy than GTA 3. Anyway, I won't give this a high mark because it came out on the Xbox after two years. This is nothing short of an insult. Of course, if you haven't played either game, it's nice to know you can pick up both for the price of one, even though most other gamers already played it years ago.

BUY THIS OR SUFFER!!!!!!

This game is the absoulte best game in the world. Killing peeps never gets old. Neither does shooting enimies, car tires, and friends.!!! If you want to have fun with guns tough (vc and gta 3) go to cheatplanet.com

GTA3 was a great game and Vice City was even better i have play both on PS2 and Xbox and i think that the Xbox one has better grahpics. This is the best two games to put in a combo pack for now... when halo2 comes out a combo of halo and halo2 is the only thing better. But sadly halo2 isn't out yet boohoo.

5 stars for vice city, 2 stars for gta 3

I don't have the Gta's for XBox only for PS2, manly because PS2 is better and the only reason I have a XBox is because my cuz gave it to me for nothing but I think the idea of sony giving vice city and gta 3 to XBox is wrong on the count that sony would have made more money on not giving it away because people would buy a PS2 for the games, but lets get to the point, Vice City rocks, GTA3 sucks.1st Gta3, the grapics are o.k. but the fingers don't move like a PS game, your chracter dosen't talk and the weapon veriaty sucks, but the fun things you can do IN THE GAME I REMIND YOU GANGSTER WANTABES is that you can car jack people, flickoff police, buy weapons and ecsplore the city.

Now Vice city the things that you can do in this game you can't do or have in the other,

Unlike GTA3 this game has a little bit of a stroy line. Oh and get this your chracter can talk.

You have more and better weapons.

Buy proparties

More missions

more street races

you can jump out of a moving car.

You can still kill people, still cars, and pick up hookers in this game like in GTA3. Don't get both these games get vice city only.
P.S. for you people who don't know the differnce between reality and games, DON'T BUY THESE GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was expecting better from the xbox. as owner of ps2 versions and a fan of grand theft the reviews i was reading led me to believ this was gonna kick ps2's but and failed. this game doesnt quite measure up to expectations. the streets do turn into water, while doing pizza boy missions game slowed down to load. that wouldve been fine if i was going to another part of the city but just a few blocks away fro the pizza shop.the pedestrians dont talk, tony the main charachter doesnt say anything either.if you have the ps2 get thier version, if not this one isnt as much fun :(

If you in any way have a life outside of video games, quite frankly, this game is not for you. As published this game has very open ended gameplay. For me, this was not enough to keep me in front of the Xbox. It really needed a little more. The graphics are horrible (very PS2) and the 1st person action just doesn't work. The best part of this game is the terrific story, but I just don't have a month or more to dedicate to this game.

GTA: DP doesn't have Infinite Ammo cheat but GTA: SA does
GTA: DP doesn't have Infinite health cheat but GTA: SA does

I like GTA: SA far better.....I think there are more weapons, more vehicles too use. I just think GTA: SA is more "real" looking than GTA: DP

This game is fun. there are many wepons cars and areas to explore. What I don't get is why people are saying this game has good graphics. It doesnt. Everything is pink and the sun gets in the way also everything is shakey and blurry and bulidings dissappeare as you walk away.It also gets boring after awhile.
