now this Game is cool for Wolverine's Fans or X-Men Fans it is better than Spiderman and one of the best activision Games, but some levels in the game gets harder.

In The Game:
*Unsheathe your your razor-Sharp claws, unleash lethal combo attacks and use accelerated healing powers as you tear into intense action and stealth scenarios.

*Enter the realm of senses, Using your heightened mutant senses to see scent particles and detect heat when tracking enemies.

*face off with Sabertooth, Wendigo, Juggernaut and Magneto, while Proffessor X and Beast Help you search for a cure.

well i still havn't finished the game and i'm Sure you will Have Fun Playing This Game.

This game rocks. You will never find a better fighting/adventure game anywhere. The graphics are perfect, the controls are awesome and the story is cool. I've never had this much fun playing a super-hero game. I could play this game and beat it a million times and it would still be just as fun. They have finally made a Wolverine game that is true to the character. You really feel like you are Wolverine when you play this game. You can use his senses to pull of some bad-a$$ moves and you have truly devastating wicked combos that you can give your hated foes. The game is fun to play and the extras make it even better.

You can find alternate Wolverine costumes throughout the game. You can also find really cool info cards that feature all of Wolverine's friends and foes. You can even (this is the best extra) have your own custom soundtrack in the game. This makes the game so much better than any other fighting/adventure game because you can put in some tunes that really rock and fit well with Wolverine's battles.

Wolverine's Revenge is one of the best games on the X-Box. I would even say that it is one of the best games that I have ever played. If you love good fighting games and Wolverine you will love this game.

This game is going to rock! In the words of the best damn wrestler in the WWE, The ROCK. Finally.... Wolverine is going to get a kick ... game for home entertainment. This game looks great and will play even better.

So buy it, or else "SNIKT". If you are a wolverine fan then you know what that sound means.

i have the version of the games on ps2 but i guess there almost the same. The graphics are great and so is the games play.

Anyway THIS GAME IS AWESOME you get to use WOLVERINE'S Brute Strength to Kick Villian's Butts like Magneto , Sabertooth Ect. I AM A DIE HARD Wolverine Fan and this game when i play it its for me like liveing the DREAM!. Pay no Attention to these Negative Reviews when i play it on XBOX NO GLITCHES NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE DANG GAME!!!! you get to use AWESOME Combos its like this.

A good play for X-Fans

This is the sort of game that I like to see people making from the X-Men universe. The game focuses on an interesting character and explores his history while still presenting plenty of action and stealth challenges. One of the things I liked most about the game was the different approaches you could take. You can choose to sneak around and kill your opponents from the shadows or you can go all out and attack in a fury of claws. Either way you're bound to have a good time. This is also the only game so far where the player has full access to all of Wolverine's abilites. It was very enjoyable to use his hightened senses and his healing factor was well represented as a steadily recharging health bar. The voice acting and story were well done and there are plenty of fun extras to be unlocked, too. My only real complaint about the game that keeps me from giving it five stars is the extreem increase in difficulity about half-way through. The game suddenly gets really, really hard and some of the mission objectives are unclear. Hopefully future games will keep more of a balance of the appropriate challenges from the first half of the game without the frustrating difficulity of the second half. All in all, though, this is a great buy for X-Men fans and fans of adventure games.

I've noticed something about all the solo wolverine games I've played. All of them have something to do with the Weapon X project. This one, though, is the best. It starts out at the Weapon X base in 1968, and shows Wolverine escaping. Fast-foreward 30 years. The Shiva virus, lieing dormant until now, has infected him and Logan has 48 hours to find the cure.

The implementation of this game is great. The Customizable soundtrack option is(ofcourse) and XBox exclusive, is golden. The implementation of steath, the healing factor, and the multiple costumes is perfection. And the character voices. Mark Hamill does a wonderful job as wolverine, much better than Hugh Jackman. And who better than Patrick Stewart to do Xavier. The dialoge is true to the characters(the line "Security is tighter than one of Jean's outfits" fits so well), all because Larry Hama, former writer of the Wolverine comic, wrote the story. My only complaint is the fact that if this game is comic based (look at logan's conversation with magneto late in the game), why is Colossus there? He's supposed to be dead.

All in all, If you want to BE the best there is at what he does, this is deffinately worth your money.

Out of the 22 games I own on the BOX, I can say this game is definately in my top 5 of good investments. There's very few games that are made for all home consoles (PS2,Cube) that you can make for the Box and it actually utilizes this great system (BOX). It really gets me P.O. to see these software companies make games for all three top competing systems but all they do is change a few codes or whatever to make them compatible to play on each system rather than modifying the game to use it to its full potential depending on the systems capabilities. I LOVE the BOX and I wish they would give the games they make for it some justice. X2 has a great fun factor, nice graphics, pretty good controls, and some really cool kick butt fighting techniques. I would have given it a five but im not your average client, I'm the player president.
Only 2 games can hold five stars within the last decade to me. HALO (XBOX) and LOZelda Ocarina of Time (N64).

This game gets a bad rap that I don't quite understand. The performances by both Hamill and Stewart and great- the storyline is high energy- there are even some fun cameo appearances from various X-Men.

The stealth abilities of this game are its highlight, and collecting dog tags for downed soldiers through this mode is really fun. The levels are very long, though- and sometimes the bosses are unbelievably difficult. Saves are few and far between, making it stressful to replay levels- but overall, this is a really fun game, definitely worth the $10 you'll probably pay for it.

ok for those of you who do not know who the xmen are they are a group of mutants who have decided to use their abilities for the good of mankind. however even though they have saved countless lives they are still considered criminals with no rights by the politicians who run the country. the xmen all have their own powers and backgrouns but the most popular mutant out of the lot of them would ahev to be "wolverine". wolverine was part of an experiment called weapon x which was designed to create the ultimate warrior who could be controlled. this experiment failed however when wolverine escaped and started to make a living. he had certain modifications amde on him however and these are as follows: his skeleton was covered with an unbreakable alloy called adamatium which make him almost invulnerable, he was also give claws of the same alloy which he can protrude at will. his natural mutant power is that of healing which dosent really suit someone who likes to do so much damage but it has worked for him in the last 80 or so years. In this particular scenario another member of the xmen has discovered a dormant virus in wolverines bloodstream that must ahev been planted there by weapon x to kill its escaped lab rats. with only 48 hrs to live our hero begins to trek back to the origin of the virus the headquarters of weapon x to find a cure. the game is basically a hack and slash with a few elements of stealth thrown in to make thigns interesting. One of the most interesting features would have to be "senses mode" which allows wolverine to see the foot prints of enemies and locate their scent trails which makes for sneaking up on enemies a lot easier. wolverine can use his powers of healing to restore his ehalth however this only works if his claws are retracted. There are several different costumes that can be found throughtout the game so this will add a small amount of replay value however if this game is as good as the developers say it is then gamers everywhere are going to be in for a real treat.
