Japanese Crash:
Hold L + R and press X, B, X, B at the main menu.
Pasadena Opposum and her car
Give her one power crystal at Midway

Chicken heads:
Hold L + R and press A, B(2), X at the main menu.
One hit knock outs:

Unlock Evil Crash Costume (for Crash)
Find Cortex in Mystery Island and behind him should be an owl shaped lamp. Hit the body-slam switch to rise that up. Go into the cave, and run right. Talk to the drone at the top of the little island and get 2000 coins to get this costume.
Disable HUD:
Hold L + R and press A, X, Y, B at the main menu.
