Complete the mission Make Elvez Sing mission.
Stamina upgrade
You get a stamina (adrenalin) upgrade every 10 stamina icons you collect.
Infinite Grenades
Collect 80 gun icons.
Inifinite Swan Off Shotgun ammo
Collect 70 gun icons.
Health upgrade
You get a health upgrade for every 10 health icons you collect.
Infinite Pistol ammo
Collect 60 gun icons.
Play as Ram:
Complete The Good Son mission.
Inifinite ammo for grenade launcher
Collect 90 gun icons.
Infinite rockets
Collect all 100 gun icons.
Dual pistols upgrade:
Collect ten weapon icons.
Play as Ram's brother:
Complete The Father mission.
Health upgrades:
Collect ten health icons to upgrade your total health. This can be repeated.
Mission select:
Complete all game missions to replay any mission of your choice.
Stamina upgrades:
Collect ten stamina icons to upgrade your total stamina. This can be repeated.
