Cheat :
Phoenix All-Star game (1994-1995 season):
Choose Exhibition mode and press X, then press R1, L1, R1, L1, R2, L2, R2, L2 at the next screen. An "All-Star" option will appear at the bottom of the menu. Turn that option on to play in th
