FLIPS

Front Flip: Hold Down +R1+L1. Then press X +Up to do a front flip.
Back Flip: Hold Down +R1+L1. Then press X to a back flip.
Side Flip: Hold Down +R1+L1. Then press X +Left/Right*. SPINS

Helicopter Spin: Hold Down +R1/L1*. Then press X GRABS

To do various grabs: Hold Down and then press X, then during your jump press various directions along with X (for instance Up+X). You can also use the diagonals for different grabs.
