Play as Gouki
In Arcade, Master Arcade, or Vs. Mode hold L and press A, B, or Y at the Character Select screen. Depending on which button you use, you will get a different costume palette.
Play as Mei-Ling
For Player 1 Mei-Ling, highlight Morrigan. For Player 2 Mei-Ling, highlight Felicia. At the Character Select Screen, hold Start, then highlight Hsien-ko and press A, B, or Y. Depending on which button you use, you will get a different costume palette.
