The best PS2 Multi-user game by far

Personally, I cannot play a game in a single user mode for more than 30 minutes. It gets bored so quickly playing with Bots. Bad enough, PS2 doesn't have that many decent multi-user games out there, specially it comes to 4 player games.

The single player mode for this game is okay for practice. The real fun comes when I have 4 people play 2 teams against each other. We can play for hours without even noticing it. Each person has different gaming style, that's what makes a multi-player game fun.

Overall I give this a 4 Stars since I can find another PS2 game offer a decent 4 player environment(except for Quake, same style, a little less attractive). It still has room to improve, that's why I didn't give a 5 Stars.

OK, I demo'd Unreal tournament and have to say it lacks a little. I found the controlling of the character to be a pain, and controlling on the pc version to be easier. The graphics while good may have tried stretching it too much(not intended for little children). Although a very good FPS game I can't give it more than 4 stars. Sorta a "Been there done that".

If your a fan of First Person Shooters like I am this is a must have. It has 10 cool weapons to use in over 50 massive levels. It has four cool modes. The best part is multiplayer it is really fun. When I first played this game I loved it.

unreal tounament is the best(shooting)game.it's the most goreist game ever.ITS FUN buy it now.

Buy the PC version if you have a decent computer

The PC version is much better.... graphics, control, gameplay, etc...

buy this game if you if you don't own a PC, and only a PS2 (though shame on you, cause you have no excuse not to have already purchased a PC... esp. if you were able to afford a PS2.. and not to mention go through the hassle of obtaining one...)

regardless... do yourself a favor and purchase the PC version, pay about half the amount of the PS2 version...

Terrible terrible terrible... very very dissapointed with sony. I actually bought this game for ps2 even tho i had it for the pc. The graphics r terrible, the controls r demented, and it is no fun without playing it with atleast 10 people in the same map with people all over the world, which is a very lacking point of this game.. dont waste your money and time buying this game... get it for the computer... it is cheaper than this one, it's still played, and is a great game... the pc game is a classic, the ps2 one is no more worth a pecan's droppings.

I love this game because you can basicly run around shooting anything that moves(and somethings that don't). It was my first game and still my best.

It really is not taht good. BUT if you are looking for a Unreal Tournament on the computer I would really prefer you buy this game on pc. Besides that UT02 isn't that good on PS2 because it cuts off screen view making it quite difficult to see what the hell are you looking at. While on pc you are allowed full view of screen (especially on multiplayer on battle.net) from where you play,and enjoy this game. So GET THIS ON PC. IT HORRIBLE ON PS2
