Great, but missing something...

Ok. This is your basic marble mover game. You steer said marble through an obstacle course on a time limit. Ever played Marble Madness? Same thing, only newer. The only real innovative feature is that you can change the material from which your marble is made. Paper marble is light and can float on air currents. Stone marble is heavy and is good for smashing into things that need smashed into. Wood marble has a good balance of speed and control. The graphics are bright and colorful and the controls are simple and intuitive for any gamer used to playing FPS games (WASD keys act as North, South, East, and West). The sound effects are few and not at all important to gameplay, so feel free to listen to death metal while you play. The music is very subdued; perfect for playing at work and contributing to the decline of the American work ethic.

This game, although fun, is lacking. First of all, it's rather short. Those used to playing Marble Blast and its hundreds of levels will find this title lacking. Even though some of the levels offer a decent challenge, don't expect this game to last you more than a few months if you play on a somewhat regular basis. What's worse, there is no user level creator to fix the problem of an already short game. If you could make your own levels and share them with others online, I wouldn't complain about the game being so short out of the box. But what do you really expect from a budget priced game?
