For starters, this game is not for people who don't like a challenge. Second, this game is based on the 1980's revival of the show that lasted two years. Fans of this incarnation of the show will recognize the attention to detail put into this game. The game is played from a top down view with you, the player, controlling your agent on screen. I'm not going to reveal the names of the agents but your leader is of course Jim Phelps. The game itself is broken down into top down character levels and chase sequences which remind me of an episode of the show. The challenge factor for this game is really high. Each agent has their strengths and their weaknesses depending on your situation. Sometimes, though, it seems that the difficulty level was cranked up too high for some stages while others can be your typical beat'em up variety. Other than the high yet spotty challenge, this is a great game for one of the greatest game systems of all time. This review will self destruct in five seconds. Good luck, customer!

A great game that i am sure few people noticed.

Aside this game being based on the tv show of the 1990s this turned out to be a great game.I dont really remember this series being on but that didnt stop me from getting this game,I was over a friends house seeing him play this, and i heard the music of this game, I have always have been a game music fanatic and i suppose the music made me want to get it,i didnt think of the challege till i brought it and started playing it and it was a challege indeed.
If i am right this game came out as the NES was dying away for the new SNES but i didnt get a SNES till 1993 so still had my NES faithfully,I remember i spent nights on the third level boss trying to beat him the one boss with the breakaway floor eachtime u walked wow that was a challege!!
For those who passed up this game pick it up, yes this game had a serious challege factor but with that said and u beat this game you earned it i know i did so give it a try you will not be dissappointed.
