So far so good.

I have only had the time to play for a little while but so far it's pretty good. I don't like how it doesn't require the touch screen more but figured it was because of the fact it's on all the other systems. I think if I have the patience to play this game more then I might even beat it. Not sure though if I'm going to have the desire to keep trying.

Watch out for dumbass reviews!

This game is sick! Its pretty fun and its fun to play when im in school, detention or the car! Lots of the reveiwers gave it a low rating cuz they couldn't beat it??? Thats not what a reveiw is about. Thats like a five year old reviewing a car and saying it sucks cuz they don't know how 2 drive. Newayz buy the game!

More of a showcase for what the DS can pump out

One of the first games to show what Nintendo's DS could be capable of graphically, Spider-Man 2 is only an average super hero romp at best. With it's psuedo 3-D graphics, Spider-Man 2 puts you in the shoes, and webs, of Marvel's resident web-slinger as you swing across Manhattan to battle generic baddies on your way to go toe to toe with Doctor Octopus and other villains. The first thing you'll notice is that the graphics look great for a DS game, and nicely showcase what Nintendo's dual screened portable can do with it's graphics processors. The few touch screen controls however aren't really anything special, and the gameplay itself isn't anything we haven't seen before. That being said, there's nothing really bad about Spider-Man 2: it's got solid super hero, beat 'em up action that's easy for anyone to get into, and the glossy package makes it pretty easy on the eyes. It's worth a look for new DS owners, but there are far, far better games out there for Nintendo's wonderful portable that are more worth your time.

Well...Not that great

I got this game at Christmas and I thought it was going to be great. Boy was I wrong. Spiderman 2 is a really bad game. You will end up playing stages over and over again. The only way I could beat this game was with the guide-and that's the only way TO beat the game, with the exception of a few stages where you can actually figure out what to do. The Spiderman franchise in my opinion has only shined on conseles, not on handhelds. Well if you are a die-hard Spiderman Fan, then buy the game, just don't expect to have any fun playing it. I ended up giving it to a friend and he later told me that he sold it off. Well...You make the decision, but I'm warning you: Don't buy the game and don't give it a second thought.
