I have to admit that I never was a victim of the "Tomb Raider Hype Machine". I liked the idea of a 3rd person perspective game where your character can do alot of tricks but the whole idea of the big-boobed Lara Croft just turned me off. I bought this for 4 bucks at the used software house and played it for about 2 hours. I liked the save game feature somewhat, it should be more specific. I felt like banging my head against a wall after be killed for the 50th time because I did'nt hit the "jump" button in the right sequence with the "run" button at the correct prescribed time. The interface is just too rigid for a game like this, it reminded me alot of that old "Dragon's Lair" game. And I got real tired of the stupid puzzles. I think the real reason for TR being so popular is that its the first non-adult game with a overly-endowed female protagonist. It can't be because of the gameplay.

Okay, I already wrote a review for this game but stuipidly put it to the wrong program, and put it in, ASPYRA media, which I played it on EIDIOS, I just love EIDIOS....Okay, well, the graphics are great, for the second, but wait till you play all the others! WOW! It is fun, to go to all the places, and it is true if you miss doing something in the other level, your out of luck and have to reload your other game and try again! Whats the fun in that! The one thing I didn't like about the game, was that Lara's furniture was 20 times bigger then her! Her bath tub was a swimming pool! That was just, why? Okay, the story line is great, and this game can give you some spooks! THings popping up outa no where! WOW! When you get to the dragon's oh that is fun! And the yetis, and the big snowman! SCARY stuff! I just recommend this to anyone, who likes role playing games, it's just plain old good fun!

I think this was the best tomb raiders made. More fun than the others.

I totally loved it! I only own TR and TR2 but I think that this will always be my favorite TR game even though I just ordered TR3. For TR rookies buy this game!

What can I say this is a fun demo. This contains the first 3 levels from the game and comes with tomb raider 3 demo final fantasy 7 and many more. This game does not have the tutorial cutscenes and options but it has the secrets and weapons of the real game. I give this four stars because it doesn't have options cut-scenes and others but thats okay it is still fun. By the way you cannot download these three levels online, only a bit of the first.

Nice game nice character. I didn't play Tomb Raider 1, but I think that this is just the best game. I didn't get into 3D gaming too much, because of the ease and pointlessnes of the games, but after playing this game I was hooked.My brother dropped it in my lap about a year ago after not being able to get through it and I've been playing every since. It's challenging it's fun, and even though Lara Croft is tought. She's not brute force tough. Her getting out of a situation relies on thought and reason not on blowing a hole in a wall and running through it with a rocket launcher. All in all it's just an appealing game made with good sense.

This game is great!!!!!! Great grafics, pretty good story line ,(last revelatin was better, but....) game is REALLY GOOD!!!!!!!! you travel to lots of different places so there is always different scenery. there ARE some tough puzzles, but that makes the game fun. (try Stellas Tomb Raider Site for cheats)

TR2 has great grafics,music and levels. It's veichels are awsome too. My favorite part is the dragon you battle at the end of the game. Overall, this game is awsome.

Tomb Raider 2 is one of the best TR games. It has an exciting plot, good graphics, excellent villians, and a lot of action. I love this game and play it frequently, and never get tired of it. A must have for all TR collectors!
