I played this game immediately upon receiving it as a holiday gift. I was able to beat the highest level of all four games within 20 minutes, and I'm no gamemaster. Don't buy this game if you are over 7 years-old.

A better Pong than you might remember.

Most people probably consider plain old Pong a little boring. But this package adds several new twists. It includes the vintage version of black-and-white Pong which is actually quite fun on the Game Boy platform. Then there are three additional variations using an Aztec jungle, Arctic ice patch, and soccer field as the themes. One nice thing is that you can play a game quickly; pick it up, play it, put it away. I wish they had included more variations than the 4.

Too easy and too little variation

This would be a great game for a younger child. I would never call myself a gamer and I found this game very simple. I was able to beat every level in thirty minutes. There are three difficulty settings but there isn't very much difference between them. After you've beaten the levels and tournament, the game is quite boring. You don't advance to another level once you've beaten one.

fun before you beat it

This game is so fun before you beat it.The first 25 minutes of it is hard and fun. Then you beat the game and its too easy to beat it again. The records are stupid .Once you beat the level tounament you can't get a higher record and tounament is easy.

This was the first game ever made. Or was it? It was made in 1972 and was also the first arcade machine made. Years later it was brought out for the atari. Theres also been other versions of this game made. Also its been brought out for other consoles over the years.

Its the most basic game ever made. Its a game played by two players. Either one or two players at a time. You both play a simply white stick. Which could only move up and down. The only other thing in this game is a white ball.

The idea of the game was to hit the white ball behind your opponents stick. This was like the goal area. You then earned a point for that.

Every time a goal was scored, the game speed sped up. The person to score the most was the winner. Am not sure how many points was needed to win a match. Or if the game just carried on till you stopped playing.

Thats all there is to this game. Its the same thing over and over again. Everyone back then enjoyed this game. Probably as it was the first game ever made.

The graphics are poor as its just a white screen and white for the sticks and ball. There are no tunes for this game. As for playability well if your not the type to get bored easily this is a game for you.

Like i said at the start was this the first game made? I was reading a book the other day and it said that there were a couple games before Pong. I will look further into this. Maybe someone could share some light on this matter?
