Best game for even this timeline.

What can I say? This game is absolutly the best of the best. The older X-Wing and Tie Fighters had choppy controls I think, and the option to litteraly play the mission from the film room took away. Why would it do that? Anyways, I've turned my head towards the flight sims of Star Wars, because I have been thoroughly dissapointed by almost every Jedi game. Dark Forces II and Mysteries of the Sith were great, but Jedi Outcast really took away the challenges. The only 3 Jedi games I'm actually proud of owning are Dark Forces II, MotS and KOTOR. But Alliance still flys rings around them. Graphics don't make the game, and this is the perfect example. Yes, an older game, but the replay value is always a 5. Different stuff happens, you don't just do the same thing over again. This game offers such a challenge that even I sometimes must flee from a battle. The only real problem I saw was in the Death Star, where either you had to be your slowest or probably had to have mastery of the force in your own body just to evade the obsticles. But overall, great game, and I wouldn't trade it in for a million dollars.

Great game!

This game is amazing. It incorparates a great multiplayer feature with very good single player fun. The story line is very good (even if there are some holes in it later on) and there are lots more features than in X-Wing verse TIE Fighter. The graphics are great and all in all this game is loads of fun.

Good, but not great

I've been played about all of the Star Wars sims games, but this one just isn't my favorite. Yes it does have absolutly great graphics, nice original music mix, and force feedback support (yay). But I found some of the mission designs to be just not credible, and the storline was definatly lacking. They didn't even finish it! Also, the big "Death-Star" battle in the end wasn't very good.

hears a good game

This is one of the best games I have ever played. You start out with some family missons, and later get to do missons for the rebels. After each family misson you get a cool souvenir. There is also a combat simulator where you can replay missons you've already won. You can also create your own missons! The best part of the game is the end, where you get to attack the second death star while piloting th Millenium Falcon! This is a great game. You should buy it.

Two words: buy it! Once you see the first mission you will never want to go away! I was impressed a to hear Aeron and Emkay chat while we were heading for the hyperspace jump point! Its like Half Life, telling you the story while you are playing!

And the graphics.... and the ships........ oh wow!

This Game Rocks!

I love this game! Not only is the skirmish option the coolestand tightest thing in the world, It makes sure you won't get bored,But it also has a real story! I mean, you start as a kid learning how to fly, and then become a rebel!... Is that a dream come true or What! END

all right, lets not get too negative, but what can I say? the graphics are the only part of this game that is good. the levels are ludicrous in the fact that your allies turn on you. then there is a little thing i like to call a storyline, which this game lacks. bottom line, don't spent money on this junk.

horrible!

This game was so confusing, its all expanded universe, you can't get past the first level without waiting for an hour, you never fly into the death star eather. I gave this game away for 5$. Its a total rip off. You don't know what you are doing. Its stupid. don't buy it, you will hate it.
