By far the best online game I've ever played. It's a hard decision on buying this game because of the fee of 10$ a month and I wasn't sure if I was gonna pay,but then i played it. This game is so addicting. You'll find yourself at 2 in the morning saying just one more enemy then off to bed. I recommend this game to anyone who likes rpgs or online games.

Ive had this game for 5 months now and since then i havent been able to leave my computer. You can be anything you want to be not like diablo 2 which you dont have much freedom. The areas to explore are almost endless. If you buy this game you will get hooked. Trust me.

Uo is a really cool game . Do you know what?I have been playing for 3 years and a half, and still love it as the first day I started.I used to lag a lot because I'm from Brazil, do u know..Now I got cable modem!!50 ping!!And I'm loviiiiiinng it more and more!This game is the deal!You make lots of friends and still have the option of use icq for comunicate with other people!You can choose what to do and see the result!I have lllllots of friends!My Real Life friends saw me playing and bought it also now 15 real life friends play with me!Come on !Do you have any other question that this game can be bad??

This game is the most addicting game i have ever played. I have been playing Ultima Online for 2 years and change at the game still has me playing all the time (which is a little sick). But anways who cares if you have the time and you want to play a game that never gets old, and which makes you mad, and excited then play UO. The real enimies are the other players. The funny thing is the players are also your best allies. I would say it takes you about a month to really find your way in this no matter how many tutorials you have to go through due to it's almost limitless possibilities. The fact is any player who says this game is just not worth playing is a person who just A. doesnt know how to have fun or B. is not a real pc gamer. There is no way if you give this game time you will be disappointed. I also have a caution to you gamers. This game takes a major toll on your outside life so watch that you are not spending to much time enjoying the game. I play gl shard Dingle Sphitz

old version but worth buying

this game is pretty much out of date, since there are to new versions out, the newst being "Blackthorns Revenge". this version is in 2D, but still has outstanding graphics. i also have the "Third Dawn" version which is 3D and is newer than the "Renaissance" version which is 2D, but i use the 2D version because my computer doesn't run well with the 3D version. so i come to the conclusion that if u have a computer with 3D probs, get the 2D version, but if your computer is in good shape, get "Blackthorns Revenge", the newest version. Ultima Online is a most.

If you are new to RPG you will love it ,if your not ,well..

As the Ultima series grew the land became smaller so out comes UO Renaissance. A fix for such things as land shortages for houses and a people that wanted to just enjoy the game without the worry of getting player killed (PK'D) What is not mentioned is that the game was released before any of the bugs could be worked out so it basicly is the same game with a huge land of emptiness and when houses are allowed to be placed , Orgin has dragged their feet so long that 1000's of players have been able to afford large houses and even castles So the day UO releases the new lands for house placement it will be right back to where it started No lands for No houses

You have to pay a monthly fee and the graphics are pathetic.
There is no decent help screens. There are lags in the time to perform actions. I played Ultima IV years ago on a apple IIc and it was better then this version.

Renaissance ruined the game

Ultima Online Renaissance ruined the original games potential to be a very good multiplayer game. Its no longer worth the time or money to play.

Ultima Online is an awsome game. You can be an archor, blacksmith, warrior, mage, warlock and a whole bunch more and it lets you choose what you want to be. This game is not very laggy at all. It is still my favorite game and I have had it for about two years. There is no way that you can beat the game you just keep getting skills until you reach GRANDMASTER, where you can beat almost anything. You can also chat and make teams with your online buddies. I would strongley recomend this game. If you have played Dioblo II and liked it then you will love this game. This game is action packed game. This game is good for everyone. if you don't like this game then there is something wrong with you. you can play at all ages.

Oh my god i can't even begin to talk about how boring this game is. All you do is walk around a baddly made and animated world, killing stupid creatures. Don't be deluded by the low price either, as a matter of fact the creators of the game will acctually leach money out of your banck account, about [$$] every month amounting to a stunning [$$$] a year. I'm sorry but WHO in thier right mind would pay that much for this, AND IT NOT EVEN WORTH IT. You go around getting whiped by super players that play WAY too much. but the wierd thing is even when u manage to struggle up to the top with these super players u get really BORD cos u can beat every thing. And i mean who finds accumulating virtual money, FUN and braging about it afterwards to your friend NOT ME. I would say more bad things but i won't but keep all i said in mind. :)
