I loved this game, as well as all my friends loved this game! In fact, everyone I know who ever played this game has love it! Even my one friend, who hasn't read a single Harry Potter book, loved it, as well as my brother, who thinks Harry Potter is the third anti-christ loved it! I would recommened that anyone should buy it, whether you have read or liked the books or not.

I can't believe there isn't difficulty!!

Alright, personally, I don't think much of this game. For me, it was pathetically easy, even at the highest difficulty. But, I understand why upon further inspection. Rather than aiming at serious gamers like most games do, this aims to little kids or people who don't play video games often (such as people who read a lot). I can see how a little kid could have fun with this title, but to a hardcore gamer like me, there wasn't much fun to be had. I like a challenge. I also think there should be more aspects to sports games here than there are. I noticed no difference in how any of the teams played. Also, quidditch is in 3D!! Why can't you control how high you are flying??? That being said, if you aren't very good at video games or are a Harry Potter fan, you will probably like this game.

Came for the Potter, left for anything else!

This game is based on the sport Quidditch from the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. The game overall is fairly poor. The few positive aspects are overshadowed by the garbage.

Gameplay- The game features four difficulty levels, Comet 260, Nimbus 2000, Nimbus 2001, and the Firebolt, all brooms from the books. Unless the setting is on Firebolt, the game is useless. You can play as any Hogwarts or international team each with its own special move. After completing listed tasks, the player will receive Quidditch cards which are similar to Chocolate Frog cards from the series. The controls are simple to master but you could sit on the controller and receive the same results unless, like I said, you are on Firebolt in which case you will have to concentrate hard on not losing horribly. The glamor of playing with your favorite team starts to fade as you realize you can make more scores then Brittany Spears at the Strip Club with any team. Redundancy is unavoidable.

Multiplayer-The multiplayer element is one of the few high points of this game. Playing against a friend makes it from an easy win to a challenging battle. Of course to unlock teams and fields you must play through ares of single player so it really isn't worth the trouble.

Graphics-The graphics in this game is another high point. The fields are beautiful and are the only thing that really changes from match to match. The characterslook just as fine in cut scenes (although Harry looks and talks like a five year old).

Series Relation- The actually time of these matches is around the third book judging by the players on the Hogwarts teams. The game is littered with characters from the books like Harry, Draco, Cho Chang, Cedric Diggory, and Victor Krum and features Lee Jordan and Ludo Bagman for the Hogwarts and International games perspectively. The actual games however, are far from what you might expect as explained in the books. You mainly play as a Chaser, the Beaters are computers who protect the Chaser from Bludgers when attacked by the other team. The Seeker is only used after a certain amount of moves have been accomplished and the Keeper is a computer who seems to always be farther from the Quarfel as any other player.

My son says, " This is a fun game. It has really good graphics, and I like the variety of teams, players and locations." I like it that it has several different levels of complexity to satisfy beginning through very adept video players. Very enjoyable.

When the Chamber of Secrets game came out, my cousin bought it for me and I played for days on end till, well it ended. I'd have to say that even though it was a Harry Potter game, it moved a little slowly, except for when it came to Quidditch. Even though you could only be Harry and play as the Seeker, it was still really cool. Quidditch World Cup is only about Quidditch and you get to play as 7 other players so that means it'll be 7 times better! I can't wait to get it!

**CAN'T WAIT!!** I thought pretty much the same that the Chamber of Secrets was definately the better of the two movies and things really got FLYING with the Quidditch game!! It was so exciting feeling the vertigo and speed of the screen shots - I am really looking forward to this experience in the game. I saw the movie with my youngest son who actually looks like Harry Potter and has Harry Potter EVERYTHING!!! See what kids do to ya?!! You get to have lots of fun with them and thanks to Rowlings, the movie and game producers you get to have more in common with them!! Currently in a computer gaming developement course, I can't wait to evaluate this one...!!

As a die hard Potterhead I was incredibly excited when this game was released. It is as fun as I had hoped it would be, but if you are going to be playing this game on a P.C. and will be using the keyboard controls be warned: you really need an extra hand for all the different keys you need to hit in the more advanced Quidditch games. It is possible to reassign the different functions to different keys, but even then it is sometimes difficult to hit the different key combinations quickly enough. Other than that, it is a great game with the usual spectacular EA graphics. If you're a Potter fan I highly recommend it.

This game is much better than any other sort of quidditch on the other games. Not only are you the seeker but you are the chaser and beater. Just the seeker part is funner than the others. If you liked the other quidditch than you'll love this. If you din't like quidditch in the others then you will still probably like this one. I am a huge Harry Potter fan and I loved this game.
