Fun game, fans of the show will love it

My brother introduced me to both the shows "Naruto" and "One Piece", and I was surprised I liked them, because usually I hate anime and anything to do with it. Then I played this game, and I have to say that I liked it. The voice over actors and dialogue was very realistic, and the scenes looked like those from the show. I found the game to be WAY too challenging when I first played it (I'm rather new to the fighting genre), so I played "Naruto: Ultimate Ninja" first, which is much easier, and also a good buy. Then I went back, and found this game to be more do-able. The game gives you a good variety of characters to fight also, so there's all different levels of gameplay-- Chopper is VERY easy to beat, whilst Mihawk and Don Krieg... not so much. The tournament mode is easily the best feature of the entire game, allowing you to play against your friends, or test your skills vs. the CPs.

*A quick note: Don't listen to reviews saying things like "It's ZORO, not Zolo", or about how 4Kids ruined the anime. They are talking about the cartoon, and are venting their rage. (If you don't like how things are done here in America, go move to Japan!) Those posts are not relating to the game at all, and may be biased, not reviewing the actual gameplay of this game but rather dissing the whole thing. You can safely skip them.

The game is fun, other than the fact that the characters look like little dolls. Even though some people like different characters in the show, Luffy is the easiest character to start out with. A suprise in the game is when you beat the Hard Level with Luffy,you get to the last level "VERY HARD". I wouldn't buy the game if I had little patience, but all together,the game was pretty fun.

This game is pretty good. The game has characters from the show too. I have the demo. Its really good. You can unlock Bon Clay, Ace, Shanks, Chaser, Buggy the Clown, Mihawk, Kuro, Krieg, Baki, Alvida, Chopper, Ms. Sunday, Crocodile, Arlong, Pandaman, Ms. Wednesday, and Tashigi. You parents and kids out there, you should buy this game! Hope this review helps! I need to raise my grade to get this game. My cousin has this game and I get to play it whenever I come over. I have my own file on the game. I have most of these characters listed above. Bye!

I ordered this game it hasen't come yet so I wanted to tell you one piece is my favorite show and i wanted to check it out. I know its good. I cant wait till it comes.

I got this in a trade, after reading 7 of the mangas that are out, I heard great comments on this game and wanted to try it myself... after seen all the characters the screen offered I wanted to see all the supers, first the short ones, after I discovered that if I found a stone I could make the super longer... but unfortunatly its not all about supers, the combos are very easy too perform.
For those fans of power stone I recommend you get the dreamcast version instead of this one... the challenges are quite difficult... and it gets boring after repeating the same combo once and again...
I thought Monkey D. Luff would be a much better game... hoping for something more Budokai alike... obviously not that strong, but as good as that one.

I've played the demo. And this game rocks!!!

I played this game as a demo at my friend's house. We battled it out in 2 players. I was always Zolo and he was usually Aarlong. Zolo is my best player. He is the best player I played with. Nami's okay, too and so is Aarlong. But still, when it comes to me, Zolo is my favorite and best. I've only lost 4 times from him outta like...14 to him. I'm so good at that game. And if I get my grades up, I'll be getting it..at least, I hope so. I really want it. And hopefully I will get it, but what if I get my grades up but still don't get it..? Ah, gotta look on the positive side, got trust it..gotta trust it. Anyhow, in my opinion this is a really good game. Buy it!!! It is no waste of money, It's a good choice for a game! It's awesome!!

Chopper is the best character besides Luffy in this game. so far i have Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Arlong, Don Krieg, Smoker(Chaser), Kuro, Buggy, Ms. Sunday and Tony Tony Chopper. I need Mihawk, Shanks,Mr. 2 Bon Clay, and mr. 0 crocodile. Tony Tony Chopper ROOLS and is so KEWL and is so AUWSUM!!
