Ahh,Sonic.That name brings good memories,and so does this game.Sonic Heroes is the best 3-D Sonic game released yet! With great graphics,awesome gameplay,four entertaining stories,and one great,climactic ending!Sorry,no spoilers here.Find out yourself!I'm a Sonic veteran,so trust me when I say that this game is definitely Sonic at his best,SINCE I've been playing Sonic games for about 10 years now!If your a Sonic fan and you don't have this game yet,what are you waiting for,get up from your chair and go get it! You won't regret it,trust me! Overall, the only reason I gave this a 4 star rating is because,out of all the many characters from the 4 different teams with 4 different stories and endings,yes,there are four teams,out of which there are 3 characters for each of those teams,the only reason I gave this game 4 stars is because I can't stand Charmy's voice! It's so high pitched,that it's annoying!Overall,this Sonic game is awesome as usual. 4 stars!

I played it in my friends house and i fliped out.It had good graphics,amazing moves,and new and old characters in this game i can't wait to get it this review was made by joshua

My son is the player, here's his review: Gameplays almost fast enough. Slightly long lag on occasion. Very frustrating on the Chaos Emerald Bonus Stages 4 & 7. The Sonic and Chaotix bonus challenges are very, very hard. The other two are very easy even though Team Rose and Team Dark are on opposite ends of the difficulty scale officially. The actual story line is awesome but I have trouble finding someone to compete against for two player even though I've unlocked all seven two-player modes. Count 'em seven. All in all, a fairly good Sonic Game. However I do think they should go back to the 2-D games, those ones were awesome.

The kids love it. A 3D twist to the classic sonic series. Some interesting gaming inclusions that often catch you off guard.
Recommended.

I have found a really cool computer game on the net! It's not exactly a Sonic game, but it has Sonic and Knuckles in it! It is a fighting game with characters like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles along with Shredder, Mario and Luigi, Goku, Vegeta, Gotenks, Cell, Frieza, Mickey Mouse(Don't know why), Super Sonic,Sonic, Knuckles, Spiderman, Carnage, Venom, and Wolverine are all the characters you can play as! It is like a M.U.G.E.N. game or something! It has Sega/Marvel vs. Capcom graphics, but I have it and it is awesome! It's called Character Fighters! There are also other characters because you can play in Story Mode and you can pick a character and fight against Apocalypse, Onslaught, Dr. Doom, and stuff! The best game I have ever played and I think if you played it, You would like it too!!! 10/10!!!

People keep saying that "its Sonic adventure 3".It is not sonic adventure 3 by any circumstances.granted it is a fun game.But just becuase it has emblems,3d sonic gameplay,homing attack,light dash,it is still not a sonic adventure game!(just incase you are wondering,neither is sonic battle).but I still recomend this game if you are a sonic fan.when choosing,it would be best if you knew the difference in charicters episodes.
here is the difference

Team Sonic: Normal mode

Team Dark: Hard mode(more enemies)

Team Rose: Easy mode(less enemies,short levels)

Team Chaotix: Special(complete objective)

oh and I read a review that was asking why you are able to play as shadow.
*SPOILER*
even though it is my personal belief that shadow did not die because he could just as easily used chaos control clearly seing he is still in super form when he fell into the atmosphere and when he disapeared,there was a green flash.
But in this game,the shadow you play as is a robot.
you can tell because in the intro movie to team dark,omega is trying to kill shadow and at the same time he sais"must destroy all eggman robots" and in the ending movie to team dark,rouge sais that he is a robot.

all in all...SONIC HEROES IS STILL NOT SONIC ADVENTURE 3!

i played kingdom hearts but this game is the best i do not care if you fall off a cliff. A bones team you can play by geting 7 chos emroues i never got to it but i am going to try.

Sonic is getting too extreme...

I begin to feel disappointed with Sonic for obvious reason - Sonic temas has traded off other factors for speed. Sonic Heros has overly emphasized speed than defeating enemies and finding treasures. In fact, if you don't keep rashing in this game, it might take over 45 minutes or even an hour to finish one stage.

For Sonic fans, I highly recommend Sonic Advance 1-3 (esp 3) rather than Sonic Heros. Sonic Advance 1-3 are 2D games, but it revives the spirits of the Genesis Sonic, including the fun treasure finding features in this original games. I wonder how Sonic has been becoming more and more mundane. Even Sonic Adventure 1 is better than Sonic Heros.

One more thing I complain about this title - the graphics is very confusing. There are three main characters running around in high speed simultanously on the screen, and I have tried defeating a boss without knowing what is going on in this game.

Sonic team, if you want to revive the glory as in the Genesis Age, be more innovative!

I can say the game is bad, but most definitely is not for a teenager or adult. The game is more like a Super Mario, but not as much fun. I would recommend the game for children under 13.

This is a great game i love it.
Can be a bit corny like all kids type games but this is great for any age.
