Awesome gameplay and graphics, includes weapons such as:

Pistols

This game is the best game I ever played! It was extremely fun and really cool. It's not too hard but not too easy either!Yeah sure,I'm 13 and a Tombraider fan but who cares? If you are looking for THE GREATEST TOMBRAIDER GAME yet, here's your game!I loved it much more than any other Tombraider game.My favorite level was Area 51 but I liked London,South Pacific,India, and Antarctica, too!The story line was great!

Good edition to the Lara Croft series, but with a few bugs.

If you loved Tomb Raider I & II then definitely get this game. Tomb Raider III has the same feel and gameplay as the first to so fans will not be disappointed. The new graphics are great! The new textures are more realistic and such touches as sunbeams and her smoking guns really appeal. On the downside, items are smaller and much harder to spot and identify. Lara's new moves are fun to try out but the crawling feature is a little hard to control at first. As for the new save option, all I can say is get a hint book right away. The weapons cheat will also give you 50 extra save crystals. Trust me, you'll need them.

As for the analog compatabilty, I'm not sure it's worth it. Most of the time it's great and makes the game real fluid, but sometimes when you're backed up into corners or trying to look through windows the screen starts jumping wildly. Also I haven't experienced much vibration at all. I don't think the guys at Eidos really planned for analog the way the creators of Metal Gear Solid did.

All in all, the game is fun, the graphics great, the gameplay the same. It is a good solid edition to the Tomb Raider series, but I'm already looking forward to #4.

Awesome game

This game is the epitomy of greatness as far as Adventure/Action games are concerned. Today is 2004, and I installed this game on my PC after finding it buried in the back of my drawer. I expected crap. Man was I off....

Basically, you are Lara Croft, and run around from the Jungles of India to Area 51 in Nevada, to the abandoned railway tunnels of London's Alwych, to the stone age wilderness of the South Pacific(infested with Raptors, of course ;D), and finally to Antarctica to this really cool lost city.

On the whole, this game breaks down like this:
- Graphics: 7/10 - For it's time, not bad.....
- Sound: 9/10 - Excellent. Music is good, voiceovers believable, etc.....
- Gameplay - 9/10 - Not much different from other TR games yet strangely, it's a lot of fun

This game is challenging, fun, and makes you think.

The game Tomb Raider III is the third game in the Tomb Raider series. Comparing it to Tomb Raider II, I think the third game is much better for many reasons. 1. The graphics are way better. 2. The sounds are much more enhanced than the other game. 3. You get a better variety of weapons and more moves.

The game isn't as easy as pie, but it's not the hardest game in the world. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes action/adventure games and challenging games. Although you can buy the strategy guide for the game, it doesn't take the fun away, so go ahead and get it. You'll probably need it. Overall, I give this game my best review.

Exiting game, new concept of choose your own path to finish

I like the new concept of being able to play the middle three levels in any order you want. This lets the user feel like they have more control over the destiny of the game. You still have to achieve certain goals, but it adds to the excitement. London was simply amazing with Lara in her black leather body suit, rain pouring down around her on the scaffolds.....very entertaining and exciting. I have all four of the series, still have not finished this one, but I'm looking forward to how it all turns out in the end.

Excellent but also hard

Before you get the game and play it, you get the impession that you need to use a gun a lot because in most of her pictures you see her with guns. She does use her wide range of guns quite a lot but not as much as you might of thought. It is deffinetly not easy so don't buy the game if you are not very good at strategy games. But if you played Tomb Raider 1 and 2 and you liked them then you deffinetly want to get this game. It takes a long time to finish it. The new vehicles that she gets are also really cool.

This game is the best.

I love the Tomb Raider series, but this game is the best in my opinion. The music is really great, and the worlds are awesome. Tomb Raider is also very challenging. I don't like those easy games you can finish in one day. The character is great too. There will never be another Lara Croft.

This game is challenging, but it rocks!

I wanna' defend Tomb Raider III. I read everybody else's and I've concluded that most of them are whimps. It's very hard, but the graphics are the best out of the three, The levels are cooler, and the guns rock(I like the Desert Eagle)! The The games that I think need work are TR:2,and TR:the last revalation. TR:2 has an OK storyline, but the same graphics as TR:1, and they tried to decorate more and it was too confusing to enjoy. TR:TLR is nothing but a TR:3 imitation with a good storyline, and more puzzles. The revolver is an ugly desert eagle and all graphics are the same. TR:3 had original guns, and graphics. I think if TR:1 had TR:3's graphics it would be better than "The Last Revalation" anyday, but I've gotta' say TR:3 has gotta' be my favorite.

(You even get to blow that annyoing butler away)
