Real actors get blasted!

When I first played this shooter, it was in the arcade.I really enjoyed the gameplay.I also like that it's not an unrealistic 3-D polygonal shooter.Midway did an acceptional job on Maximum Force.The background objects to shoot at are for fun but some can lead to special bonuses.Also, the feature of using real people in the game made a more action-packed, realistic sequence for the game.The only problem of disappointment I had with it was that there are only two powerup weapon upgrades (shotgun and machine gun).Otherwise, Maximum Force is great!

I bought this for my son, who is ten and he says that it is the best game that I ever bought for him. He truly enjoys it, and spends a great amount of time playing it.

Too many civilians ruined this game.

The title of my review speaks for itself basically. With a shooting game, you'd think you can just blast away right? Well guess again. While there are plenty of bad guys for you to shoot up, sometimes it seems that there are just as many civilians. I lost more lives accidentally shooting civilians that pop up out of nowhere than getting shot at by the bad guys. If you are a die hard fanatic of light gun games then get it but if not there are better games out there.
