Buggy, unplayable

The game itself is not that bad. Problem is that EA is delivering a beta and claiming its a finished game.
First time I put the disc on my ps3, I had to download a 730 MB update. Yes, that's right: 730mb. Even after the update, the game is still too buggy, I never saw anything like this on a videogame and i've been playing since the NES days.
During the race, sometimes the game stutters, and its easy to lose control if you're in a tight turn.
But what made me lose faith on this game is the fact that it hangs during situations, sometimes when you finish a race, it hangs. Now I can customize my cars! It hangs at the end. I pursched a BMW M3, customized it for 3 hours and bham, game hung, and I had to restart the game and lost all my customizations.
Its so frustrating, I gave up playing. It's not worth it.
The game itself is not that bad, it's not excellent, but the customizations, the aftermarket parts make the game interesting. Honestly, I dont miss the free roam, Burnout Paradise, which is focused on free roam, is so much better than need for speed for that...
The menus are totally confusing, the announcer is so in love with you, he says your name like 82 times per race. He's also pretty annoying after a few minutes. The graphics are playstation 2 style, not even close to the power of ps3. For example, the dust from other cars in front of you has absolutely no shade, no distance and no transparency. It's like seeying a 16bit graphic.
In a nutshell, this is one of the most frustrating games ever. I couldnt be more disapointed.
