The Gameboy Advance, Nintendo's next ambitious launch before the GameCube, has already recieved rave reviews in Japan and a mass consumer market with it's many features and tiny game carts that are half the size of those of the original Gameboy/Color. The strong launch titles the console debuted with have all been known to be fantastic. Among one of the many features of the GameBoy itself is a much larger screen, smaller size, and the addition of two shoulder buttons. The resolution is roughly twice that of the original Gameboy (smoother graphics) and the color has been upgraded from 8 bits to a full 32 bits (32,000 colors), the standard on most current PC games! The GameBoy Advance is also capable of rendering far more advanced 3-D images and even SNES Mode-7. The Gameboy Advance is also capable of linking four Gameboy Advances together with just one game cart and four link cables. You can play with your friends without having to worry about having four cartridges! Lastly, the "GBA" is backwards compatible with all original Gameboy and Gameboy Color games, meaning that it can play all types of Gameboy games in existence!

The title this system is bundled with, F-Zero, is an entirely new game, not a port of the classic SNES game. So far the hands-on previews have given it a very favorable perspective. F-Zero is a hovercraft racing game based far in the future. The new GameBoy Advance version implements complex Mode-7 graphics. Mode-7 was a Super Nintendo graphical engine that emulated 3-D environments. The frantic pace and visceral pacing, coupled with graphics that beat even the original game, F-Zero is a must have for any fan of Nintendo, racing, or people who just can't get enough of hovercrafts (all four of you).

The coupled wormlight projects a white light that decently illuminates the Gameboy in the night. It is essentially the Gameboy Advance equivalent to the identical Gameboy Color peripheral. I have no comment on the carrying case, other than that it's exactly what it sounds like.

All in all, it's a cheap bundle that comes with an incredible game and an incredible console.

This is great!!!!!!

This is a must have video game machine to own. It is light weight and very good graphics. This package is a very great deal for what you are getting. For $50 more you get the power pack, worm light, f-zero game, and the carring case! Big savings!! It has 32 bit graphics and has a bigger screen than GBC. You can play it easier than GBC because it is much wider so you can spread out your hands more. There are also 2 extra buttons added to this machine for more control playing the games. It has over twice as much colors than GBC. Nintendo has made a great improvement with the Game Boy with new technology. This is a limted time to get this special pack. Get it now and you won't be sorry. This is a great deal for a great video game console. So get it now!!!

Even thought I've only played this system at Wal-Mart and have not played F-Zero,Gameboy Advance is great. It has just a little better graphics than Gameboy Color. And when I say to my friends I got this game they might not be able to get that is a pretty good thing. But when they say that the just got this game i might not be able to get that game. But I keep high hopes that the game will come out on Gameboy Advance when I get it and will be happy if it dose because then i will be able to play the same game with better graphics. And even better this pack comes with a bunch of free stuff. I give Gameboy Advance 5 stars.

Big Package...... Little Price!

I must say that this is one of the best hnd-held consoles, if not, the best. I have tried the F-Zero:Maximum Velocity game, and it its very cool. I didn't think Nintendo would bring it back from the dead. It was originally a game for the SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) The game has improved a lot form the the SNES game. I think this would be a great gift for anyone into racing games.

Comparing my GBA to my GBC it's better because: GBA is no bigger than GBC, the game chip is smaller, multiplayer is possible with only one game chip, GBA has a bigger screen, and GBA has better buttons. BUT THERE IS ONE THING THAT SHOWS NO IMPROVEMENT: you still can't see the screen without a light on it, thus all the "worm lights". just like with my Visor, I'm sure they thought backlighting the screen would use too much battery. But, YO, the worm lights run off the battery anyway. Hello?! I Can't SEEEEEE!!!

Are You Insane?!?!?!

If you don't get this.......I don't know, it's too unreal to think about. First off, the glacier GBA just...rocks!!!!!! Also, it's the greatest hand-held system to be released. In fact, I can't write all the reasons for that down. Just go to the website they dedicated to the GBA, ... Second, F-Zero is simply the best GBA racing game. The pack even includes a POWERPAK EX, Holster, and Wormlight Advance for maximum fun. The combining of the GBA, F-Zero, POWERPAK EX, Holster, and Wormlight makes this ... pack the best there is. SO BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second best game system ever made; handheld or other wise. I have to say only the neo geo pocket was better-god rest it's early demised soul! But this system rocks the launch titles are amazing! The ones to get are Mario advanced, Castlevania, F-Zero and Fire pro-wrestling! I have to say that nintendo has this market on lock and deservedly so the only gripe i Have is that the screen isn't back-lit! For shame Nintendo but thumbs up for a great piece of technology that in the future will double as a controller for their uber-system GameCube! Now that's class.
