A friend of mine had a copy of this, back when floppy disks were big... I remember it stuck very close to the books; well, the first three at least...
I found a place on the 'net where you can play the game, but I've forgotten how you keep from getting killed by the brick in the first scene!

like the last reviewer said, you can play this for free at the BBC's web site.(now with pictures--the original was text-only!)
It's a great game but VERY hard. I've still never gotten past the Babel Fish vending machine. I'm sure there are guides to be found online though.
