Two amazing updates in one!

I am not the biggest fan of Super Mario 2, but this release has so much more to offer! They took the graphics and gameplay from Super Mario All Stars, and added some extra fun to it, with new secrets, new goals, some huge enemies / vegetables, voice-overs for all the characters (even Birdo), more enemies, and more ways of getting hearts. Some parts of levels were even recreated. There are three slots for saved games. There is one downfall though, the height of the screen is not as tall as the original Super Mario 2, so a scroll up / down function was added, which is very distracting. Finally as an added surprise it comes with a classic version of Mario Bros! Very nice detail has been added to the classic and it offers a four-player multi player game. I must admit that the Mario Bros game included is fun, because its different and it even saves your high score.

Good Reencarnation

This game looks just like it did on the NES, but even a little better. The game was not originally a Mario game, which is why this game is unique. If you don't own this game it is definetly worth it.

good game

if u r just getting a GBA , get this game first. this was the first game i got for my GBA and it is very fun. it is sometimes frustrating but there is always a way around the hard part. it is very fun. it will help a new palyer learn the GBA controls. the controls are pretty basic ( A= jump , B=run, pick up items, R=also to run, L= move screen up and down, START=pause,SELECT=nothing in this game) i recommend this game to anyone who wants to learn the controls easily and also wants a game that is fun and will last them a while-it contains 2 games: super mario 2 &super mario classic -these 2 r remakes of the old super nes & nes versions . this is a good game to begin and i highly recommend it.

A great game, but gets old after you beat it.

This game is a lot of fun. The graphics are good, the controls are comfortable, and it has the original arcade Mario Bros. with it! It's a lot of fun and hard to put down the first time through, but after you beat it, the novelty sort of wears off. Finding the Yoshi eggs after you beat it is certainly difficult, and it doesn't seem worth it to find them. Still, it's a good game to get at launch.

This is a good game. The leval's are fairly easy but still with some challenge and the bosses are hard. You also get two games in one. You can either play mario bros. classic ( that's not really the main game it mostly serves as a side game when you get bored) or super mario bros. 2 ( Which is the main game which you do the real majority of the game in). I advise buying a stradegy guide because some bosses can be tricky to beat. The multiplayer part of the game is fun but wears thin soon. The main point of super mario bros. 2 is to free the land of dreams from the evil wart who hates vegetables ( he's a frog not a kid. All and all it's a fun game)

A Challenging Game

Super Mario Advance is a challenging game. The point of the game is to eliminate the enemy,so you can pass through levels. there are 7 worlds with 3 levels in each world ( except for world seven. It has two because it's the last world. After three weeks, I finished the game, and it's boring to go back to level one. On some worlds, there are traps when you complete the world, and the next world leaves you stranded. Then you have to look all around for a "Warp World". It's a nice game, but I wish the fun would last.

A blast from the past!

What can I say? It's another awesome remade SMB game. The fact that you can do multiplayer is simply awesome. Also, there's the original arcade Mario Bros.,which most people just ignore.I reccomend this game highly.

Super Mario Advance: This is a good classic game. It's the same as the one for super nintendo, except on GBA. It includes the fun, classic mode and the four-player link is tons of fun in the battle mode. This game is fun - but nothing new!

This is a good game and is definitely worth buying. I think the graphics could have looked beter, but they still look nice for a hand-held. You can choose to play as Mario, Luigi, Peach, or Toad. All of the different characters have different stats in 3 categories: speed, strength, and jumping. The thing that I really like about the game is that it isn't too hard or too easy, and with the number of levels, it will keep you entertained for hours. Overall, another very good Mario game from Nintendo.

What a great game baby!

This game rocks! I love the super mario games since I never had the Super nintendo. It has the 1st two games on it. But still it's too adictive! You can't put this game down! If they come out with a second one. I'd buy it.
