Yu Yu Hakusho Rocks!

This game has kept me on my toes when I first learned that it came out. Now that I have it I can give the makers the full credit that they deserve. This game was awesome! I don't know how anyone could'nt love it. It closley follows the story and the graphics aren't that bad. All in all I loved it.

P.S.- Hiei is AWESOME!!!

Okay, I'm a die-hard,obsessive-compulsive Yu Yu Hakusho fan. I heard there was a Yu Yu Hakusho game and therefore, my Kurama-fangirl instincts told me to go buy it.

How incredibly disappointing.

As a biased fan, even, I started playing the game. When this originally came out, I still had a Gameboy Advance, and after about an hour, I'd spent so much time following this tiny compass at the bottom of the screen around this huge town area, my thumb was sore, and I hadn't even gotten to fight anyone yet.
You don't get any other really good characters until later, and the first few things you do get really old after a while, because you can't save until after you finish the first few mind-numbing tasks. If you die by doing something stupid, you start ALL over again. I kept dieing at some point, and I went through the same few scenes so many times, I literally know the dialogue by heart.

The graphics are nothing special for a gameboy game; really, they are about average at most. You get really tired of them after a while, and you have the same background scenery about 80% of the time. (I swear I walked past this one couch as Keiko about 30 trillion times.)

Either way, while Yu Yu Hakusho is a great series to get into and a great manga as well, I would not recommend the game.

(And if I see Kurama die anymore, I might have a breakdown...)

Buy only for collection if you're a Yu Yu fanatic

It's not too much of fun but it does go with the story line in the animation, some of the puzzle gets a bit annoying and it sucks cause you can't use more than 1 character at the same time. But I just buy it for collection only, so if you want to collect Yu Yu stuff, wait till this game is dirt cheap then buy it. I also have the other YuYu Tournament Tactic, now that's a 5 star.

Ok, Yu Yu Hakusho is defiantely on of Cartoon Network's good shows. It's Number 11 on my best Cartoon Network, here's my list:

1. Cowboy Bebop
2. Full Metal Alchemist
3. Inuyasha
4. Trigun
5. Naruto
6. Wolf's Rain
7. Cased Close
8. FLCL
9. Dragonball Z
10. Hamtaro

Anyway, the show is good, I think it's going to be some below what we expected, probably how Dragonball Z the legacy Goku turned up. It sold so many simply because of the theme, but the actual game play was what we least expect. Yu Yu Hakusho is an anime sorta like DBZ excpet less streched and different things.

I'm sorry to say it but almost everything people say about this game is WRONG the graphics are not great but they are better than what they show in picures(and whoever said characters look his electrocuted blobs is an idiot.)I think that they should make levels longer cause they are to short, but you can't finisih it in 2 hours so whoever said that is a lair or played it every second and is a true fiend. This game will seem a lot better if you are a fan of the show. If not you probably shouldn't buy it unless you want a semi-easy game.

If i had Gameboy Adnaced (i've only got color) you can bet that i'd definitly buy this game. Yu Yu Hakusho is a great show (even though Cartoon Network did edit it very badly..).I'd also like to point out that there are spelling errors concerning the names "Keiko" (not kayko) and "suzaku" (not suzaka). Really, you should actually learn how to spell things correctly. FUNimation totally screwed up Keiko's name, and Suzaku really is not that hard to spell.

i got this for x-mas and it only took me 3 days to finish. it was really hard but i rememered what yuske had did in the show. im good at games and i don't quit i would play until the sun rose up and i was limping. this game rocks . best ever. keep up the good work!

This game is going to be awesome because you'll get to play as Kurama,Yuske,Hei, and kuwabara thiers another character you get to play as except I dont know the name of the character.You also get to use all thier attacks thier good ones and awesome ones if you dont get this game see you in sorrow you get to defeat all the original bosses plus new ones.You start of as Yuske and get the other characters on your journey so you want a good game this ones for you!!!!!!!

dragonball z this is the fourth best show on cartoon network (1dragonball z 2rorouni kenshin 3ed edd n eddy 4 yu yu hakusho) but any way you start out as yuska and fight demons intill you make your way to the dark ternament when you fight diferent teams to get to tugoru and beat him and win the dark ternament this will be good

Yu Yu Hakusho is the one of my favorite animes so the game was naturally awsome!! My fave t.v. shows are:
