Love that sound

MX Unleashed for the XBOX system is one of the best motorcross games out there. The game is a bit more arcadey than a simulation, there is very little realism, but there is a whole lot of fun. Your motorcycle's physics are floaty and they were purposely made this way, so that your jumps are very high and last longer in mid-air. This is important in gameplay mechanics because you are allowed to make stunts while in mid-air (kinda like Tony Hawk on a motorcycle.) You can pick an assortment of characters, lots of different dirt bikes and race tracks. Using the same format of, "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater", you unlock more maps when you accomplish certain tasks in a level. There is an easy-to-use Level Editor, included so you can create your own stunt arenas. They even included a mode called "Human Dart", which is a nice mini game. There is also Free-ride where you can do whatever you want/no rules (free-form gameplay).

Well, i think that mx unleashed is a bad ass game.I think it is cool because you get to use monSter trucks,dune buggys,airplanes,trophy trucks,and even helicopters!The way to get all this machines is to play it on career mode.Or you can buy the machine with the money that you have earned.You get your money by beating the levels and races.One of the codes that I know is for the 50cc which is SQUIRRELDOG.The 50cc is a little motercycle.Here are some tips:to do a backflip hit up and down before you get of the ramp.Also to beat the machines stay on the rode,it is ok to get off sometimes.Oh ya,you get to create your own player.

Why are you reading this....Go get and play the game. It is awesome. Very fun. You can free ride, race, and even freestyle. It has it all. Even has a feature to help you pick the best line for the fastest lap times. The one thing this game needed was a replay ability. I have done some amazing tricks I wanted to see again and replay would have been cool. This game is a must if you are into MX at all.

You can do interesting stunts. Get bored quickly.

PROS:
- You can do interesting stunts like double flips, etc.

CONS:

- Graphic does not look realistic. Rider graphic: 7 over 10. Environtment graphic: 5 over 10.

- Crashing into objects does not created realistic results.
I.E: I crashed into the trailer but nothing happened. I was able to continue riding. After I crashed into a tree, I flew off the bike and fell into the ground but the tree was not damaged at all.

- After a short time, you get bored quickly because all the racing modes play the same.

MX Unleashed is an awesome game evan if you don't like dirt bikes. It's cool beacause it has a big round of real dirt bikes and gear. It has awesome graphics and good sound effects. All of it looks pritty real besides when you fall.

what can i say? but that i am extremelly disappointed in this game. THQ had a winner with Ricky Carmichael MX 2002 so i figured this version could only be better. boy, was i wrong!!
how could they screw this up?? start with constantly having to reposition the view of the track from the rider perspective and being distracted from the real fun of this game riding and racing!!!
Wake up THQ and pull your head out of your ass and go back and look at Ricky Carmichael 2002 and try again. oh and one other thing fix the suspension preload instead of the joystick make it a button like the previous version.

This game is a blast! I like it as much as my kids. I haven't played many other games like it so I don't have a lot to compare to. I also like the fact that it does not have indecent exposure of females/males or that foul language is not used. Some of the crashes are a little extreme, no way the human body could take that much punishment! I guess that is why it is a video game!!!
