Great for $20 bucks

Honestly, I have never seen a game that offers as many multiplayer options and strategies as Spy vs. Spy. And I play alot of Xbox Live games - so that's saying something. There is something for everyone in this game. My neice/nephew and I play it in split screen mode and have a blast. They think the traps are funny - so funny that they walk into some of them on their own just to see the comic aspects of it. Also, something to mention, is that it was easy for them to pick up and master (and they are only 9 and 13)!!

When the kids are gone, I just hop online and play other adults (and sometimes kids). I find that the gameplay changes alot when playing against other advanced players. Mainly, because there are so many strategies to use! You can trap safes, hideouts, attack players, etc. And the game modes are plentiful so you never get bored. We played the modern mode where you can set how much money you have to earn before winning, we played one where you get the Mad Logo and whoever can hold it the longest and rack up the points wins and we played it where you collect objects and have to run to an escape area to win.

The levels range from being small to large and you can play up to four people. I think there are a total of 8 levels to jump into in modern mode and then in classic mode you play in rooms instead of an open level. In classic mode it is alot more frantic which is cool and you get to use a map to see where your friends are. The map is also useful in this mode to see what rooms have been trapped and which ones have items in the safes.

Finally, there is a story mode with 8 levels and you get to unlock things like outfits for your spy. I got the clown outfit and it is just hilarious to use online. I have a big rainbow wig on; sure it makes me easier to see, but it is too funny.

Overall, a great 20 buck game that anyone can enjoy and it is quite different and fun to master compared to other online games I play, like Splinter Cell or Unreal/Halo. Those games are great too, but the strategies you get to use in this game are just too fun to pass up!

Did the guy two posts behind me say the graphics were good? Don't listen to anything he says. The graphics aren't that great, but you'll hardly be paying attention to them. Instead you'll be focusing on not getting blown up, chopped in half or torched. Just like Mario Double Dash, fun alone, funner with a friend.

Spy vs Spy is based on the Mad Magazine characters that everyone has probably seen over the years. You take on the role of of one of these cartoon spies, in the attempts to blow up, smash, or otherwise destroy your rival spies. Its rated teen, so other than some cartoon violence, this game should be okay for everyone. And the best part, it's playable split screen or on Xbox Live, so you can take on your friends for hours of cartoon mayham.

Ever since I was a kid I loved those two crazy spy chariters,now my buddy , And I can be them,its great.It also has a great singel player game wich is as much fun to watch as it is to play. Great Game!

this is the great game i borrowed it from my friend chris the level mansion is confusing but its fun its better then star wars knights of the old republic 1 and 2 the best is the white spy

Save your money this game is awful.There is barley any introduction so you have no idea how to play.The multi-play is ok all you do is kill the other guy again and again and again then he goes into a helicopter and it says game over.The graphics are very very good put that does not make up for the awful game play.Instead buy or rent Halo(1 or 2) Fable or even StarWars.Anyway what I am trying to say is DO NOT BUY, RENT, OR ,PLAY THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't have the same appeal as the original 2D one did, but it killed about 2 nights of my life.. then it sat on the shelf to never be played again...

Where shall I start? Well every level in this game is so cool! I love all the different weapons you use and even the calendar in your hideout!!! All of my friends beg to this game with me when they come over. The only complaint about the game is in story version, the captains evil mignon things are really freaky looking. But otherwise i give this game two-thumbs way up!!!
