The better Party

4 Rating: 4, Useful: 1 / 2

I have not played Mario Party, but I have played Mario Party 2 and I found it extremely boring.. I played this with my friends and I can say, hands down the mini games are much better in this version. The one player mode in this is a snooz, but the multiplayer mode is great if you have a lot of friends. I do wish though that the graphics would be improved, and that the mini games involving no skill would be gone.

Can't put it down!!!!!

This game is so much fun! If you have Mario Party or Mario Party 2, you will probably think this is the best. There are about 63 mini-games you can play. Even my 6 year old cousin thinks it is the best.

.old but still good

Mario Party 3 is a great game. But I feel they were sloppy with the graphics. Mario Party 2 had great graphics, boards and good character voices. In Mario Party 3, the boards are lame and the characters voices can give you a headache, but when you play the actual game you put all that aside because the Mini Games are awesome. I just wish they had more and more Mini Games.

Great Game.If there's a Mario Party 4, make the Boards INTERESTING

It could be better.

This is a great game, but could definitly be better. mario party 2 is better then this. the new mini games are pretty good, but the new gameboards arn't that great, but there ok.

This game is very good simply because of the basic gameplay as usual, and the fun minigames that are also involved in the game. But, the game is too similar to MP2 & MP1. There is no major changes, but simply it's still a fun game wiht duels, new tougher, funner mini-games (Personal Favorite: Eatsa Pizza!), and a fun new game called duel mode.

Ok, but a little noisy!

This game is alright, but it needs some new features!

Overdone to the Extreme

I enjoyed the first two Mario parties, with all my heart as I own them both. But, then this game came along and I lost total faith in the need of Mario party games for the use of the four player capability on the Nintendo 64. Why did I lose faith in a sequel I could have only expected to love? The game in it began to seem recycled from the first and second. The object of a sequel is to be better that the thing that preceeded it. This game does not accomplish it throwing the same overdone concept this game could actually make fun and throwing it out the window. The sound and the graphics were little to complain about as was the same graphics I had come to expect from the nintendo 64, but the playability and Replay value are hardly worth the money you would spend on this game. The playability is lacking in the sense that the control seems off as well as the accessibility that gave the other two preqeuls such ease. I'm sorry but this game is truly average at best, and that is being kind. If you want a party game to break out that old N64, buy the other two that came before this one, those were actually worth the money.

A Complete Yawn

I did not like this game. I played Mario Party 3 before I played 2 and 1. Mario Party 3 is a board game. All you do is go around a board and pick up items. This game is outragously overrated. (and over priced!) If you want a board game, save $$$ and buy a BOARD game.
