I loooooooove this game!

I've played through many Pokemon games in my time, but none as addicting as this! You start out with two of my favorites, Espeon and Umbreon. You get to capture "shadow" Pokemon, directly from their trainers! Now you couldn't do that in the GB games! What I really like is you can capture Pokemon from Gold and Silver. The really challenging part for me was the Realegm Tower. It took me months of training, but I did it! Now, I have all 48 catchable Pokemon in the game. My favorite part about it is Battle Mode! I'm training my Pokemon so I can let them fight in Battle Mode. Overall, this has to be one of the best Pokemon games yet!

More strange coincidences...

Pokemon colosseum is a nice game, but once again I'd like to bring up something important about this game!
Much like Pokemon stadium, there seems to be alot of strange coincidences within this game. Listen carefully...
While playing pokemon colosseum, you're bound to notice several odd coincidences that always work in your enemies favor!
Such coincidences may include;Low-accuracy moves hit you without fail,Your enemy's pokemon is far stronger than normally possible,
Your enemy can switch pokemon even when the moves "Mean Look" & "Spider web" are active, and lastly,One-hit KO moves like "Fissure" never seem to fail or miss!
Take note: These things will not always happen but they do happen sometimes within the game. I've come to call these coincidences "Cheat-Detectors" because they only seem to happen when you're doing particularly well in a battle.
C'mon, that's just not a fair thing to put in a kid's game!!!
With those things aside, this is a very good game, and it's worth the $19.99 that you would usually pay for it.

The story starts with a young heroic figure named "Wes" who's just succeeded in destroying the hideout of a notorious criminal organization, "Team Snagem" Wes has managed to destroy Team Snagem's hideout, and has also managed to steal their latest project, the "Snag-Machine" a machine that enables pokeballs to steal trainer's pokemon from them. But little does Wes know,Team Snagem was just a warm-up for whats coming next!
Wes must face the mysterious criminal syndacate,"Cipher" if he ever wants to rescue the pokemon that are being made evil for criminal purposes. He better watch out,Cipher makes past enemies like,"Team Rocket" look like what they really are,Over-the-top saturday morning cartoon bad guys.

Pros:New story mode with a convincing enemy, can enter your GBA trained pokemon into this game, very nice looking graphics, and a few toe-tapping melodies, and somewhat convincing enemy crime-syndicate.

Cons:You cannot upload your pokemon from previous games like pokemon Red/blue & Gold/silver, requires a whopping 48 memory card blocks to save, No spoken diologue within the game, most tasks within the game are to hard for me let alone a child, takes a really long time to purify Shadow pokemon, and you can only register one party of pokemon at a time.

NOTE:If you want to play this game you'll need two things, a memory card that can store over 48 blocks, and a GBA/Gamecube link-cable. You only need the cable if you plan to use GBA pokemon, dont buy any other cable besides the offical Nintendo brand, any other type of cable wont work! "Trust me, I know from experience that a non-offical link cable wont work!"

Okay, last year I pre-ordered this game and couldn't wait for it to come out. I was hoping for another amazing pokemon game (I've been playng pokemon games since red was new... in '99)
I finally get the game, so I pop it in and after only a few minutes, I'm on the brink of screaming. I was so BORED! This game was nothing like the REAL pokemon games, like red and silver. All stratagy is completly gone, and even though I have to admit the graphics were nice, who cares? Everytime you attacked, you had to watch some tedius little sceen play out, repeat. That was your battle. Nothing. I recomend you stay away from this game and try to get your hands on a copy of red or silver, even saphire or ruby would be good. This isn't pokemon.

p.s. In response to the woman who thought a guy should follow your charactor around, think about what kind of message THAT would send *cough*gay *cough* even if they are opposet sexs, and for some reason they fall in love, they would be STRAIGHT!

I'm Tove, 14 years old.
Maybe a little too old for Pokémon, but whatever. I love it really. So I think this game will be really cool. Anyway, the graphics doesn't matter as long as it's a good game, right? Yeah well, that's what I think. Buh-bye.

Too cute n' cudly

This game has no gore or violence or blood. This game is programming kid's minds to believe in misticaly evil creatures like 'jigglypuff'! The Asian's do know how to make great entertainment software, but this is know exception. I advise not to buy it .

The Pokemon are back and stronger than ever. The new Ruby and Sapphire pokemon are here to stay. They have awsome graphics and great battles. They love to make these games. The point is to snag, that's right, snag pokemon from other trainers. Then to purify them to their full power. The game does have its disadvantages. The pokemon take hits but insted of standing there for light hits they recoil at everything! And the pokemon are sometimes stubern to stay in that pokeball.

the greatest pokemon game yet.
