Pokemon colosseum is the best game that I have played in a long time. The game would exceed all of the other Pokemon games by far.

WOW THIS IS GREAT

This is a great game but this is a little troubling are they going to make a pokemon colosseum 2? the reason that I am saying this because of the great games pokemon fire red and leaf green but leaf green might be water blue over here they are remakes of blue red and yellow. They are extreamly diffrent though they have 9 new islands they are great you can get ho-oh and lugia and even deoxys deppending on witch version you have they are diffrent and I am sorry to say but motress has been moved to island 1 it will not be at victory road anymore even more bad news you will not be able to go to half of the islands before you beat the elite 4 but now some good news anyone want a wireless link well that is soon possiable guess what this is great in japan it was bundeled with the pokemon games but i dont know if it will be bundled in the us? any way hopefully we will not get another pokemon colosseum game on the gamecube i want fire red and leaf green to be compatiable because I dont want to wait for another ONE! Anyway i cant wait untill this comes out i pre ordered it and i recommened the preview disk.

There's a reason why it's not Pokemon Stadium 3

The first two Pokemon Stadium games for the N64 featured a host of game modes other than the Collosseum battles, like MiniGames, the ability to play the Game Boy game on the N64, My Room (in Stadium 2), Rental Pokemon, and team registrations. They were also based off their respective games, where you fought the trainers and Gym Leaders in stunning 3D.

Fast forward to 2004 and the GameCube. Pokemon Colosseum features the first Pokemon 3D RPG, where you play Wes, a former Pokemon snatcher who has seen the light and now fights against his former teammates. With the help of a companion who can see them, you must snag corrupted "shadow" Pokemon and "purify" them by using them in battle. Until you do, they won't gain levels and have a limited moveset. Your opponents are a crew of bizarre-looking crooks with even more bizarre names, and every duel is two-on-two. It's fun, but it can be difficult to raise levels since there's no wild Pokemon to go after. Look for trainers you can battle multiple times.
Colosseum mode is dissapointing. It's based around the internal RPG, so you won't face the Picknickers and Hikers from Ruby/Sapphire. There's no Gym Leader mode, so don't expect to battle the likes of Norman, Archie, or Glacia. No minigames, no rentals, no GB Tower, no 3D Secret Base, and surprisingly, no Contest Mode. You may only register one team at a time and you need GBA-Gamecube connectors, a GBA, and a Ruby/Sapphire game for EACH player in multiplayer. The battle announcer is gone too. Considering that the GameCube is much more powerful than the N64 and that the RPG map isn't that large, these omissions are inexcusable. It's a tolerable game but it feels incomplete.

Why has the Pokemon company forsaken us!!

Let me start off by saying Pokemon is way cool. I'm not trying to diss the creators but...THIS GAME FEELS INCOMPLETE!!! In the Stadium games you could rent pokemon, they make noises(such as PIKA-CHUUUUUUU), the announcer talks, and the game was fast moving. Now Colosseum on the other hand is a great game but it's the complete opposite of everything I said about stadium. Plus you can ONLY play multiplayer with a Gameboy Advance(SP). You need a Gameboy Advance,Ruby or Sapphire, and the link cable.

(...). I heard a rumor of Pokemon Colosseum 2! let's hope it includes some features from Pokemon Stadium 2!

Not to bad of a game but I would Just rent it.

I hate to say it but this game was a little more dissapointing then I thought. The graphics are okay gamplay stinks but attacks can look cool but this game is hard but for fans they would like and they should buy before get so desperate that they start hugging teletubies. It's okay though.

I think this game is amazing. there are lots of different pokemon to catch. the rpg mode is great though the stadium mode is a bit boring. the gameplay is great, though there are not many voices. Overall, this game is worth buying.

BEST SIMPLE RPG GAME EVER!!!

This game was cool. You can steal pokemon, (unlike the other games). My friends like it, and you should too! RPG fan must!

WAY COOL--from adult Pokemon fan

Ok, I just bought this game and have played it just two hours. But that was two hours straight the first time I put it in and I don't get to play console games for hours in a row very often. I can rack up more time on GBA Pokemon titles but this game was exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the over all aspects of the game but am especially pleased with the graphics that are a lot better than GBA and I am playing it on a 32 inch tv so...I just love it. I agree with another review that said the story is rather "dark" but that is a nice change of pace so far. If you haven't played the GBA games, I suggest you try those before buying this game. I can see how this game will delight fans but I am not so sure about it doing much for new comers since it is pretty easy at first.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best games I have ever played. I am new to Pokemon but I never knew it was so much FUN!!! I hvae not beaten the game yet but maybe I can. You start of with two Pokemon, Umbreon and Espeon. I wonder what those Pokemon would look like on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, or LeafGreen????? I recommend this game to any new people to Pokemon games.

EWWWWWW! TERRIBLE!
